The smoothies are inconsistent. They try hard to skimp on juiced products. I'll never visit this pickerington location again. If you go there in a good mood you'll leave in a bad one because the employees and managers obviously hate their jobs and don't actually like people. The only good thing they will do is give you a refund when they mess up. Please hire employees that actually like to work with people. And management are rude & snappy toward their employees right in front of customers. No wonder their moral is so low.
My review is solely for those with allergies. I was incredibly sad when I walked in to the big sign that stated the establishment was not allergy-friendly. How hard can it be to simply have a blender set aside for allergies. I love to support local but unfortunately will not be visiting again due to my dairy allergy. The menu has an abundance of options I wanted to try that are without dairy but unfortunately since I am also reactive to cross-contamination I will not be visiting again. That being said, my daughters did enjoy the bowls they had.☹️

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but please please Retrain your employees maybe go to the Hilliard location and learn how to make smoothies I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I have tried this place five times now and all five times the smoothies are not made right you can’t even get them through the straws I’ve been going to The Hilliard Location for years them I went to take this last one back because I’m fed up to get a refund and the shorted me on the refund amazing agian please fix your issue.updateYes you refunded me 5.50 but you charged me more for almond milk so i was shorted that amount agian please retrain your employees and when someone asks for a refund give the full amount

I was visiting Columbus a few weeks and wanting something nice and healthy. I seen this Pulp that recently opened. The staff was friendly greeting me as I walked in the door. They even encouraged me to try a smoothie I wasn't sure I would like but I loved it the Avocado Smoothie . When you're in the area definitely check them out you won't be disappointed ?
The smoothies were good, but the cashier didn't know how to give change and shorted me $2. :( Not the best first impression.
Went there yesterday as a fresher alternative to Smoothie King. I was very impressed. The only downside is the menu wasn’t easy to follow.
I love this place I've been here twice . If your looking for healthier things to eat give them a try .
