We have been ordering their pizza about once every two weeks since November. It always arrives hot and fresh. The wait time is a little longer, but it is worth it.

I'm from NJ and I grew up with mom and pop Italian restaurants. I am not a big fan of Dominos pizza, Pizza Hut, and all these pizza chains. I love to fold my pizza. They also have garlic powder, red crushed pepper, and oregano. Just like home, New Pizza is the closest to that flavor, sauce and cheese. I recommend it if you are from the east coast and want to feel like home. The staff is friendly. The owner is a good guy. They open at 4pm, so unfortunately we have to wait that long to get our pie.

I love this pizza. The guys that work there are great.

This place is the best pizza I’ve found since moving to Columbus. The sauce and seasonings are excellent.

I've had this spot twice and have yet to be disappointed in the food.. great taste and very filling ??????..

Typically a great pizza. Was just ok this time. Seems to be lacking staff. Good was done early which was nice.

I ordered a 14” pizza, salad, and cheesecake at 6:44pm on a Tuesday. You would think they would not be that busy on a weekday so I figured it would take at most an hour to get my order cooked and delivered. Well, I called at 7:28pm to confirm they had received my order and they stated it would take 30 minutes for it to be done. It’s 8pm and there’s no pizza (at this point it’s been 1 hour and 16 minutes since I placed the order). I call at 8:06pm and I am being told that the pizza is finishing up and they’re getting ready to go out to deliver. At close to 8:40pm, my order arrives, nearly 2 hours from when I placed the order. The pizza was cold and it didn’t taste that good. I was so disappointed. The cheesecake tasted good as it was a cold dessert so no problems there. I will never order from them again though. The drivers reason for the delay, short on drivers…

This place is my only sanctuary in Columbus's horrible square- pizza scene. Their recipe is as authentic NY as I have gotten without actually driving 8 hours East. Everything about this place reminds me of home including the decor, the ingredients, and the ovens. I have never had bad food here and I've been eating here for 4 years now. I was taken back they dont have 5 stars, but it seems like the only bad reviews are from native midwesterners that wouldnt know a good pie if they choked on it.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Food was great also.

This is maybe my 4th time trying this place... I just don't like it... at all! So far the only thing I enjoy is the cheesy garlic bread... that's sad to say. I know this isn't what NY Pizza tastes like... they should remove the states name all together.
