Waited hours for an order that NEVER came. When I called I was told by a worker that there was a mixup with drivers or DoorDash or something like that and that my order would likely not be coming. I was then told that the manager was too busy to talk but she would maybe call me back to process a refund…. They didn’t even call to notify us that our order wouldn’t be coming. Ridiculous
Looks the same inside as it did when I worked here in 2004. No staff working up front when I arrived. After 5 mins of waiting, it took 3 computer log in attempts and a manager password to hand me food that was prepaid.Needs a deep cleaning, better wings, drive through pick up window.For those working there, I feel you. I took the job because they would pay $.25 more than Donatos.
Placed a carry out order at the Pickerington location and chose curb side. Husband stopped to get it after working a 12 hr day. After seeing multiple people going in and out picking up food, he decided to go in to see what the delay was…they gave our pizzas away! And, our wings and breadsticks were sitting above a trash can, beside a sink, for god knows how long. Disgusting!!!Told them to just refund our food total and we’d go somewhere else. Then, in order to cancel/refund the order, they insisted on having me send a picture of my debit card to my husband to show them for proof.I would’ve thought better from this location…wrong!! ?
Placed a curbside order, they said 35 minutes. After 55 minutes I finally walked in.. they had given my 2 pizzas out to someone else and my breadsticks and wings was beside the sink on the counter not even in the warmer. They said they could remake it but another 20 minute wait.. I opted out of that and the staff was completely clueless on how to refund my 50.35… they had to call a manager at home will never order from them again..

The pizza was great however was dining in and they no longer do fountain drinks and they no longer come to your table to take an order you have to stand at the counter and order and then go get it when it's ready just like a pickupKind of disappoint
When i tried this pizza i didn’t like it. Its not really pizza huts fault so id didn’t give this a 1 star. Also good and fancy looking place from the outside.
They were very busy and I hey were very professional even having half there help had called off they smile did there job admirable the customers should applauded them in situations like this .Hats off to pizza hut
Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the website with a 2 litter pepsi, but I got an spicy double pepperoni pizza and no pepsi. I don't like the spicy food piece. once I check the website, it said spicy pepperoni pizza piece which most be my fault on this one for not double checking my order.I called in support, but the only response I got is that they will reach me once the management read the incident. In the end, I had to throu the pizza tot he trash because I can't eat spicy food, and my 2 litter pepsi is missing for $24...PizzaHut:- improve your web-design so it doesn't looks like I am picking peperoni pizza when is the spicy one.- management decision has to improve their decision time.- my pepsi is missing!waste of $24 dollar :/
The food was perfect. The order was ready quick. The staff were fantastic... Attentive and polite.
