I had ordered via the app and there was a glitch/error with my order and my card was charged despite the order not going through in the app. I called the store and Mike, the assistant manager, answered the phone and I explained my issue. He was very courteous and empathetic, and he took care of the issue even though it wasn't the store's fault. It's refreshing in post-COVID times to find someone who actually cares about the customer. The driver (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name), was also very quick to deliver, and very nice as well. Great job to this store (Pickerington), i would encourage people to order here because above all they do care!!!
Worst experience ever! And manger was rude as hell lucky I didn’t have a baby sitter or would have truly driving up there. Ordered 2 pizzas, a peproni and a stuffed crust and they both came burnt. Stuff was flat, and that’s suppose to be the best part of papas pizza l, was hard to even chew for the kids. Was all sloppy not even cut and soon as you pick it up everything falls off the pizza and still can’t get over I called the manger after he puts me on hold for 5 minutes and hangs up on me after saying I was lying
3.5 stars. They have really yummy stuffed crust, just inconsistent sometimes… also never answer their phone… I always order online.
New NY Style is awesome. Ordered online, always ready. Staff is not super friendly, but efficient.
I have tried calling more times than I can count the last couple days to try and address an order that was messed up and cannot get a hold of anyone, they just keep you on hold infinitely. Horrible customer service.
The picture is supposed to be a Philly Cheese steak (Papadilla?)... But it's missing the steak..horrible, horrible experience..will NOT be back

Staff was joking about giving each other covid while making food. I left without a refund.

Manager was extremely rude. he didn't get me my order, he called us LIAR, He hung up on me while I called him for my refund because he didn't give my order to my friend, While I called him and back and asked him that y you hung up on me than he replied that I will gonna do that again. And he hung up on me again.Extremely rude person and he really needs to learn customer service.
Burnt our pizza and manager was rude. Never again will I return
