Date night at LongHorn is always a catch. The food and drinks here is wonderful. I especially love their Brussel Sprouts.
Service was amazing and food was great. I loved the fact that there was someone actually cleaning as people left. These other restaurants need to take note. With that being said it was nice and clean in there. It was worth every penny and I will return.
This is my dream place. Steaks are alway extra juicy. Butter is the best meals are always tasty here. I always get into this restaurant quarterly or more. I love their steaks.
It all started when we walked in the door. The room looked exhilarating. The staff came to us quickly and with such gladness and joy. We immediately felt welcomed and loved. We are now very much a part of the family. Our waitress Kelly H was definitely sent down from heaven to be the greatest server this world has ever known. Every known waiter, waitress and barista should take the Kelly H class of customer service. Thank you for changing ours lives and making this world a better place
Nice you can call ahead for seating. Friendly but slow service. I always order a Med-Well steak but it always seems to come out either bloody or burnt. They do have great Margaritas!
We liked the service and the food! The steaks were delicious and the temperature was on point in both our orders (medium-well and medium). The salad was covered in dressing, so I'll have to order it on the side next time. The fries and the loaded baked potatoe were delicious.We did not love the appetizers menu, so we ordered a cup of soup instead and we are so glad we did, they were delicious!
Great food ! We had take out and the girl that was talking our money came to car and refused to take payment outside like they normally do!Made us come inside and we were all sick! Poor service! Great Food!
Usually have a great experience. Recently i ordered a steak medium and it ended up being medium rare. Not a huge deal, but keeps me from giving 5 stars. The people are great! So is the food!
I order takeout frequently due to COVID. Everything is always so good. Only complaint is the steak. It’s hard to get the steak cooked right for takeout. I think the steak continues to cook in the container until it is opened so you get a tougher than desired steak. Cause the steaks are great when you dine inside. My favorites are the shrimp appetizer, the Ribeye, the lobster & shrimp chowder, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoe & the stuffed mushrooms. Oh & the bread! Staff is very friendly. Take out is so easy & convenient & my order is always right.
The food is excellent, however. Longhorn must start using a reservation system. I called this location to see if I could reserve a table because I knew it would be busy, the person on the phone said they didn't have reservations. So I just showed up and had to wait a half hour to be seated. I was not even offered call ahead. Please fix this because calling this experience inconvenient just doesn't go far enough.
