The short heavy set guy was rude and short changed the women in front of me and never said he was sorry then i ordered and he talked to me like i was a kid . I'm a self made millionaire and if your employees talk to an adult without respect i will not return and pass this on to my business constiuants about my experience at little ceasars. Please take care of your problem so other adults won't have to be treated with disrespect thank you
I wish you could give 0 stars. This is not only the worst ran business in Pickerington, it is the worst Little Ceasars I have been to across the country. I went in yesterday to just get crazy bread and sauce. Not only was the place dirty, they had no food ready-made. Some guy possibly a manager Hispanic looking, dirty and his pants were unzipped, took my order said it would be 3 to 5 minutes then left. After 20 minutes I asked where is my order? They couldn't find my order, said it would be another 5 minutes. After almost 30 minutes I finally got my crazy bread and half full thing of sauce. I get home and it's not even a full order of bread, there was only 6 pieces, Normally 8 or 10. Everything I have been here it's like this. I'm now done with this place. I am also considering reporting them to the health dept.
Ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and Italian cheese bread at 4:45 on a Friday said it would be ready for pickup around 5:15-5:20. Went to the store at 5:30 food isn’t ready. A gentleman that had a 5:39 pickup walked in and had his food. It is now 6pm and my food still isn’t ready. Worst little Caesar’s location o have ever been to, I don’t recommend this location to anyone and will be reporting to the BBB.
Ordered 10 pizzas but over half of them weren't sliced at all & some were under cooked doughy and some were over well done !! Not very happy it was for a bday party for little kids and parents
DO NOT waste your time going to this joke of a business! The staff is unprofessional! They have loud vulgar music playing. Apparently they use an Easy Bake oven to prepare their food. I waited nearly an hour for a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread!
Called to order on hold 10 mins, someone picked the phone up a hung up. Went to the web site to order, showed up at the pickup time. Never got a code for the pickup ovens, they were not working. Waited 25 more mins for crazy bread. Finally got my pizza's. When I got home the pizzas were ice cold and the name on the pizzas were for another person who as I was waiting a doordash guy showed up to and asked about. Family is mad cause both pizzas were wrong and cold. Try to call the store no answer after 25 mins hung up. Pickerington store is the worse.
Worse location ever! You order online just to wait 5mins before expected delivery time for them to cancel your order with no explanation and then not answer the phone. Employees are unprofessional EVERY TIME we visit the store which is why we chose delivery today. We will not be spending money here ever again and will take our business to Marcos where we won't mind spending more for better service and quality.
Very unprofessional ! Website and Posted hours are not the same. This location opens whenever they feel like it. They do not answer the phone and you will have to go to the store to find out they are closed. I recently made an online order to be picked up right when they open at 11:00 and they are laughing, counting money and completely ignoring us. Someone finally told us to wait another 15 minutes before our order would be ready. Please do better we were on a time limit . I do not recommend this location.
I love this LC location. Their app is super easy, and the hands free pie warmer is great.Price, value, ease of use.
They rarely ever pick up the phone. Short staff has been a big problem everywhere. Pizza and breadsticks always fresh, hot and not burnt. Food works for the price!
