Some fast food places stand out for value, some for quality of the food, and some for customer service. This Pickerington KFC location stands out for all three, but ESPECIALLY the last...because this location has Rich.Rich is a friendly, fatherly, cheerful, and wonderfully accommodating guy at the drive-thru, and let me tell you, his banter, warmth, and sincerity blew my socks off.Substitutions? "Of course you can."List off the low-cal drinks on offer? "Absolutely."Extra condiments? "Is this enough? Now what else can I get you?"And after a mere 3 minutes at the window: "They're trying to put your order together now, thanks for being so patient."How did KFC luck into hiring this gentleman?? He knows exactly how to treat his customers. His voice belongs on radio, his demeanor in a mission kitchen. He makes you feel like you've known him half your life and he's personally feeding you a four-course dinner at his home.Nobody should EVER be treating workers in a drive-thru poorly. And if all customer service reps were like Rich, nobody would ever dare.Thanks for the excellent Nashville hot chicken, Rich, but especially for making our day!

They forget part of the order in for intrnt orders they don't put in sauces, etc. When the prices are $2.25 per chicken strip, you would think that they would be better than the others they have went downhill. Fish was charred cold, and greasy chicken had the most fry oil I have ever got from KFC. it left a puddle in the bowl about 1/4" deep and washed the coating off the bottom pieces. I guess this is the new "normal" subpar the last 3 times we have tried them.

My friend and I came here last Friday to pick up dinner for our girls night dinner party. The food was fresh and everything was good. This was probably the best chicken and side dishes I have had from KFC.

I spent 28 bucks. Added 2 extra mashed potatoes and 4 cookies. The meals I ordered came with side of mashed. Cool whatever . I paid got my order and checked it once I pulled away from window because there was a car behind me. Nope missing 2 mashed and 4 cookies. Drove back around and the cook or bag lady came to window and said she put them in there I showed that I was missing the cookies but she was right there was 2 mashed under everything. OK cool get home and what do you know miss know it all was wrong. There was no mashed with mine nor my finances meals that we paid for . Amd there Pepsi tasted like watered down sugar disgusting. Thanks kfc for your excellent service and consideration for your paying customers get better employees who actually care about what they are doing. If you don't want to serve the public then don't work at fast good otherwise care about other people.

They are always polite, helpful and friendly. Drive thru line can get long.

Went to KFC and they didn't get me all my food that I ordered the food was cold try to contact them by phone it rings and then it gets hung up like there's no way of contacting people here I'm gonna have to go back to the store and ask to speak to the manager

They have good customer service and get my orders right

Very disappointed the KFC TV commercials show the chicken sandwich and it looks awesome. When I looked my sandwich there was no comparison it didn't have awesome looking outer breading and the breast meat was small what a disappointed!!! The sad thing is I really like KFC chicken. Again what a disappointed.

Came here for my fish the lines were long. But moved fast my fish was awesome.

Placed an order with DoorDash at 7pm. When we attempted to get an order status on an order that was supposed to have taken 30 mins at 8:30pm, we were told by DoorDash that they had canceled the order because they were closed/dasher was turned away. While not hearing about the order being canceled until after the store was set to close at 8pm was on DoorDash, We got a notification from the app that the Dasher had gotten to the restaurant at 7:15 to pickup the order that the store had confirmed. Meaning that this store confirmed the order with DoorDash at 7pm, the Dasher got there at 7:15pm, waited who knows how long in a line - or - was turned away at 7:15 by the store as the store being "closed" 45 mins before it was set to be. Either way, we paid for food that was not delivered because the store was "closed".
