We love Jimmy John's but they get out order right maybe 1 out of 10 deliveries. Something is missing almost everytime. And today they delivered it to the wrong house.

I am a type 2 diabetic and I entered your store to get food. I Had not ate anything all day and I knee my sugar was getting low. As I was ordering I felt dizzy and was going to pass out. The staff there responded quickly and offered me assistance. They got me seated and offered me water and a cookie to help improve my sugar. The young men and women working that evening deserved to be rewarded for their quick responce and their outstanding customer service in my time of need.

Friendly staff, but... Didn't even tell me there were other breads like the 9 grain. And as you can see in the picture there's one slice of meat and cheese in each bite... First time at Jimmy John's and won't ever come back.
This is the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever ordered from! The past two times I ordered from there (Most recently yesterday) the order has taken well over an hour to get to my home! Yesterday I ordered at 12:20pm and didn't receive my order until almost 1:30pm. The previous time, I ordered ahead of time and scheduled for 11:30 and didn't receive my order until almost 12:45.I have reported these issues on the website and both times have been told that the actual restaurant would reach out to me but they never do.If you're wanting to order lunch and expect the usual speedy service Jimmy John's is known for, do not order from this location. You will be extremely disappointed in not only the service but the food as well.
