Fast great service! Was so good ♥️♥️♥️♥️

They wouldn't take an order for a single pizza over the phone. So silly to jump through online hoops instead of "hi, large pep & mushroom please." Done, order finished.Nope, I have to go to their website and go page to page only to find out they are out of the toppings we wanted.Horrible customer service, plenty of other pizza shops around.

My wife and are going through a rough time and I was given help from jets pizza they provided us with a fresh pizza I cannot put in words the love they showed my wife and I THX so much to the Jets Corporation

They were running a little behind this night but the pizza was still very good.

I used to eat Jets pizza but now i don’t. But this was a nice location. The last time i got pizza here was in 2018.

This location is really struggling with having enough delivery drivers. I can deal with long delivery times, but long delivery times plus cold food is a deal breaker. Don't make the pizza if it's just going to sit until a driver is available. EDIT: It has gotten so much worse. They are now using Door Dash drivers.

Have had this Jet's Pizza location twice so far and both times they were a 5 all day. Delicious and I didn't have any sort of service issues.

I’m currently waiting for my pizza that should have been ready at 9:18 (online order) it wasn’t started until I got here! because the two female employees were to engaged in their own conversation and the third employee a nice young man with black nail polish was doing everything!!! Seriously 4 people waiting on orders and you cannot be bothered to pause your conversation???

Overall decent Detroit (comparable to Pizza Hut Pan, high & crispy edges) style pizza. I'd say basic focaccia bread style base, which means fairly yummy as all focaccia is. Good sauce, pepperoni and sausage. You can customize crust edge flavor, Garlic was yum, Parm tasted nasty. It is still chain pizza but of the upper 25% of chain pizza quality. A nice change from standard hand tossed, thin or New York style. Not a Chicago deep dish, that is good in it's lane but judged on different criteria. Nor does it have sauce on top of cheese (this is a good thing) as Detroit is portrayed by Pizza Hut commercials.4 stars for chain pizza rating, ratings different for fast food, sit down or fine dining.

Used to be pretty good - but keeps getting worse and worse. Last time I ordered a pizza it came destroyed and looked like the delivery person dropped it.
