Very upset when we drove out of our way to get a cheesesteak and told only cold subs. Would have understood except they were still making them for door dash orders. Was told they couldn’t do both. When told him we drove out of our way to get a cheesesteak, was told that’s to bad. Serve all or none. Don’t forget about the people that come to your store to get your food. Don’t just cater to those you lose money on from door dash. Food was good, just not what I came in for.
I always seem to get a sandwich that's so soggy it's inedible. I know this can be easily remedied by getting a bowl instead, I feel like I shouldn't have to...This time around I got the chicken bacon ranch and, I'm not sure how the chicken is prepared, but I was shanked in the gums with what I assume was a piece of bone.
WORST SERVICE EVER. Jersey Mike's - 6464 Pullman Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035. Had a lunch delivery made, the bag the food came in was competely sealed so no tampering was done by the delivery service. One sandwich in the bag was wrong. Called the store and their solution was for me to come pick up the correct sandwich which I could not do...hence the delivery service...or to have the delivery service credit me for the sandwich. IT WAS NOT THE DELIVERY SERVICES FAULT. I have yet to see a refund for the sandwich nor have I received any further response from the Jersey Mike's store. Poor poor POOR customer service and I will not purchase from them again.
I had such a refreshing and pleasant experience here! The kids working were so kind and attentive. The food was excellent and made super fast. Service was great. Such a good first impression, I will definitely be returning again and again!
Recognizing these times are hard for shops like Jersey Mikes. Am a frequent customer, and usually find product and service good. Be wary of the 5-7 hours, as sometimes they get slammed. Usually get everything right, and service as you should expect from local high schoolers.
Everyone cooking my food doesn't have masks on. I watched a guy sneeze while making a sub. I walked out the door. I'll never be back
There was a tall guy with short dark hair that was the cashier. He kept staring at me from when I first walked in like he wanted to kill me. I didn't like his attitude but everyone else was nice
The posted hours aren't accurate, they repeatedly close early or don't open at all. I've wasted two trips to this place only to find out that they're not open.
Every visit is a pleasant experience. The ingredients are always fresh and made with care. Never sloppy. Love it!
Not a masked worker in the place and a worker who was clearly sick turned their head to the left and sneezed behind the cash register (not into the fold of their arm), then proceeded to wrap my 4 sandwiches and ring me out without so much as a change of gloves....I wanted to run away screaming. If I get sick I will be back to give them an earful.
