Outstanding food and service. Like going home for soul food and the owner is a true gem!
Once again COVID is only problem. Caused them problemsI won't eat pizza anywhere else and on the Pickerington local.Good pizza, salads and chicken dinner!
I can't say anything about the pizza as I was not able to order. I gave up after being on hold for 12+ minutes.
Rude and entitled management. We've had now multiple very negative interactions with management here. Other front desk staff (generally young ladies) have been fine. I understand working in management can be busy and stressful, and staff can be hard to find these days(due to illness -- maybe you guys should wear masks!), but it gives you no right to treat your customers like you are entitled to their business and think you can treat them however you want. Beyond that issue, the food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's very good but most of the time, especially lately, it has been bad. Thankfully we live in an area with so many choices for pizza so taking our business elsewhere isn't much of a hassle. Hopefully the management issues can be corrected!

I went to Grapevine with a friend of mine on Friday evening. The service we received was the worst, we ordered an appetizer, it didn't come out before our meal. Our meal AND appetizer were both not even warm. Our server didn't come back to check on us, only to hand us the check at the end. I will never go back! The only reason I am giving this review a star is because I cannot post it unless I give a star.....
Awful raw pizza and hamburger after a 2 and a half hour wait. Absolutely will never eat here again.
It seems like a lifetime ago 2 years anyway I remember that we ended up getting the wrong pizza and they called us put us down for a complimentary free pizza the next time we ordered and the food was really good
We haven't been back to Grapevine in a few years and had a wild hair to try them again. Business was slow, like many others, short staffed, but service was great! Product changes were for the better. Pizza crust was crisp and not soggy and greasy. I think they earned us back as repeat customers.
Great food, great service despite short staff notice. Always yummy at grapevine.
