Let me start off by saying I went to firehouse subs for my first time today not a good experience the employees do not greet you when you come in try to place the order over the phone and they hung up on me in the cash register wasn’t working and nobody knew what to do and proceeded to tell me that one of the employees took the keys home to the register unacceptable…. The employees need to be trained big-time customer service hospitality and train that if something is wrong they need to know how to fix it or call the proper people that does and that should’ve been stated when I walked in that the cash register wasn’t working they was only taking card I wasn’t told that until my food order was already placed.
First time ordering from Firehouse subs. Did a online pickup and that was prettygood. I ordered a large Italian and cheese stake. Only thing that could have been better is being able to see the green peppers like in the online picture. Instead it was buried in the sandwich. Other than that I am happy.
Very nice place with beautiful decorations. I never ate anything from here but this place looks awesome. The decorations make it look like a fire house.
I like this firehouse. I have never had a bad experience here at this location. I have tried others and I keep coming back to this firehouse.
I'm not a big fan of their potato soup, but their subs are AMAZING! I also love the cause they support as well as their service
I give 4 stars to the very helpful staff but the New York Steamer was a bust. The meat tasted the same, the bread was too hard to my liking BUT I may return for a second try.
Food is good, but slow service. Telling people 25 minute wait before they order.

Let me start off by saying we LOVE Firehouse subs & we go there quite a bit after games. However, my last 2 trips there have been disappointing. Tonight takes the cake, though. I ordered a Mac & Cheese side that I picked up 5 min after I ordered it & not only was the cup only half full, it was ice cold. There were 3 staff on, customers eating in the restaurant and I couldn’t get the attention of 2 of the staff no matter how many times I said excuse me because they were huggin
