Customer service has went down hill since Covid. Placed my order only to be told that Donatos doesn’t service the areas. After explaining that I’ve had deliveries before I was placed on long hold. There was so much commotion in background it was hard to think straight. The young lady was very dry and made me repeat my card number 3-4 times. Customer service is really a hit or miss because no one wants to do their job. I almost just canceled order after going through all the nonsense. Get ppl who want to work from here on out
Always loved this location. Love donatos. But I'm sick of of nobody picking up the phone. Waiting for 30 minutes hearing the I'm sorry you are still waiting every minute was RIDICULOUS. Pick up the phone and put me on hold for crying out loud. So I at least know I'm not being ignored. Tried ordering online to this location several times and at checkout it keeps saying can't confirm location when the location is right there. Get it together Donatos because you are going to lose a good customer.
My Hawaiian pizza was a bunch of goo! Not cooked, Not tasty. Not hot. You have become like Chipotle. What once was a good deal and a good meal is now generic at best.Too many other places to get a pie. Manager did the right thing by offering a credit promptly.Also quit using Covid-19 as an excuse on the prerecorded answering message before you order. Your just setting us up for a bad pizza with your prerecorded excuse.The pizza was just plain not good. On second thought, keep my $18 credit. Not coming back.Matt
I normally enjoy Donatos subs - it has always been my favorite Italian sub. However, I think I just had one of the worst subs as it was literally drenched with Italian dressing. It was all I could taste and was a huge mess. I still rated it with a '3' because the sandwich itself would have been fine had it not been soaked... awith the dressing
Was not happy at all. Hoping my credit is worth coming back too. Quality of pizza, wings and salad was horrible. Pizzas and wings cold. Obviously the salad was mediocre.
Second best Donatos i have ever ate from. My favorite is in canal winchester. Love the football playing on the TVs and the seats areas with nice looking paintings. Love it. If your from ohio you should try it.

They like to short people on change they deserve back. She said you'll have to deal with it.
Staff is kind. It's clean and service is quick.
