Will NEVER EVER order from this location again. I ordered online for my mom. Online it estimated 22-32 minutes and I have email proof. Over a hour passed , I called and the person was acting like she didn’t know We ordered based off the name, then after giving her the address she tells me it will be another hour . So online it said the pizza is baked and being inspected a long time ago so by the time it’s delivered the pizza would have been done almost 2 hours if not more. Tf kind of service is this. I’m sick of paying money for terrible service. If you’re low staff note that on your website so I know before ordering. Don’t make it seem like the food will be delivered by a certain time when it’s not then get an attitude when I inquire about some I ordered that my family is expecting. Poor customer service. Never EVER ordering here again trust me if I could give 0 stars I would
We had a community outreach event and we ordered 5 pizzas for our volunteers. The order was made online at 9:30 AM for a delivery at 11:00 AM. The order was accepted and we received our confirmation email. We even got a notification that our order was being made. We then received a notification at 11:05, 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be delivered, that our order was cancelled. I called to ask what happened and after listening to the phone ring for 5 minutes, they finally answered and couldn’t be less helpful. He claimed they called and left a message but I had no voicemails or missed calls. The reason they canceled our order was because they didn’t have any delivery drivers. If you don’t have delivery drivers, don’t accept delivery orders and then cancel them at the last minute. He then quickly hung up before I could get in another word edge wise, in which I would’ve asked for a discount on a future order. We would’ve easily accepted an apology and ordered again in the future, but no apology was given and they rudely hung up on us. We had volunteers running around town trying to find food for our volunteers because this Dominos let us down. We will no longer be ordering pizza from this location for our events moving forward.
Our order always comes fresh and accurate! The best dominos in the area. Delicious every time.
Pizza was ok. One of the pizzas I ordered was supposed to be half mushroom but when we looked there wasn't much on it. It wasn't great but it was edible.
Pizza was a little burnt and dry. Asked for extra sauce on one of the pizzas and seem like it was less sauce. Have had a few issues with this location.
Absolute worst! Ordered a pizza and some other stuff for dinner. Was told it would take an hour. Picked it up & brought it home only to find the pizza was burnt black. Called to talk to a manager. Explained what happened. He asked if I wanted credit or a new pizza. I said pizza this is dinner & I didn’t want to have to wait another hour. He argued how long my wait time was. When I said I could prove my claim with my phone he asked if I wanted a new pizza it to keep complaining. I said I wanted to know who to report him to. He said call corporate & I wouldn’t be getting a new pizza. Then he hung up on me. Will NEVER buy from here again.
This store deserves zero stars. My husband placed an order at 8:15pm, got to the store 15 minutes later and checked in through the app. At 8:50, after not getting any notice that the pizza had even been started, he went into the store to check on it and was told that they couldn’t find the order. The girl working in the store asked him for his order number three separate times! He finally got our order at 9:35, only to get home and find the pizza completely burnt. It was inedible. Thank God we had also gotten a Little Caesars pizza as a back up (knowing that we’ve had issues at this store before). Our (very late) dinner wasn’t completely ruined. We will never be ordering from this store again.
Literally 3 hours to get my pizzas delivered!! I get there’s a work shortage and all but there should be a disclaimer on the website BEFORE we order to let us know how long it’s going to take!
When the pizza place across from this is too busy, this is still good. But I will admit the pan pizza at this place is literally addictive lol
Absolutely awful. Order as supposed to be completed in 20 mins. Took 40 mins. While waiting for pizza to be done. I watched as associates were extremely rude to another customer because because associate was having a hard time hearing. All associates seemed very unhappy and unprofessional. Definitely will not be returning.
