I went with my love for the first time and it was fantastic service and food for me but my partner's plate was HEAVY handed with the gravy to the point he lost his appetite. He rathered a plate remade with less load of gravy and the server must have needed to leave at that time. He was not able to get that plate by the time I was full. I love the store though. I bought two decorative items.

Tried to order through both third party delivery services but Cracker Barrel canceled both orders so when I called I was told they didn’t cancel it and I need to speak to the third party service. As someone who used to work for one of those third parties the store is the one who cancels the orders not the drivers… but they lied to the customer anyway… Great service 10/10 ??
The food is always great and very reasonably priced. A big plus is the SHOPPING available.
The food was okay. Everything was edible, but this is not the most tasty of Cracker Barrel locations. The service was friendly. The wait time was more than double the estimated 20 minutes, and it also took a long while for the server to arrive at our table and food to come out.
Great service and prices are in line with other venues. Asked for cheese in my scrambled eggs, but the amount was indistinguishable.... Could not have been more than a teaspoon ‼️ someone else was picking up the check, or I would have had it returned for more cheese ??Other than that, pancakes are some of the best I've ever eaten and coffee never stopped coming ‼️ servers worked as a team.
Normally when I eat Cracker Barrel I get the meatloaf meal with pinto beans, green beans, and mashed potatoes and it's normally AMAZING but today it was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . I'm not even sure what I was given. I ordered to-go for my family because I did not have time to cook and when my food arrived it was cold and I went to dig in and I seen red pieces of some type of foreign meat inside of my meatloaf and some of the green peppers were grey instead of being green. I'm highly upset and I still wonder what type of meat that is inside of the "ground beef"
Took over 40 mins to get our food and that was only after getting a manager. Then my husband's burger was wrong and had to be remade. $50 I could have spent somewhere else.
I placed an on line order - confirmation said pick up time 6:11 - I went in at 6:12 - was told it is being boxed - at 6:30 I asked if they could check on it - was told it is being boxed - it did arrive a minute later. But when opened the food was not hot - maybe it was ready at 6:11 and they just didn't bring it out. I know the other person waiting with me - was not happy and when they brought it to her she didn't even say thanks - she just got it and left.
None of the staff were wearing masks, and we waited for 45 minutes to get food though the restaurant was not at full capacity. I always enjoy the food, but if the staff and management aren't going to follow basic protocols to keep their employees and patrons safe, I will not be back.
