Would give less than one star if I could. It is hard to find another restaurant with less availability of food than Chipotle. It is not just one item out, but various at different times. I do not understand a restaurant that runs out of food, which is what they sell to stay in business. Today I stopped in to find out they were out of their salad dressing. The individual gave scripted excuses for why they were out. “I do not think they made any this morning.” Then he said “or maybe it is a staffing issue”. I have been there to find that they were out of veggie, or sour cream, cheese, or even chicken. What has happened to Chipotle?

The staff was rude the chicken was from the night before I could tell because I’ve worked at chipotle before. Also for two sides they wanted to charge me 7$ all bc I put it in a burrito. The one on Brice is definitely better.

Fine if you only want a tablespoon of each topping on your burrito. Dude kept using his tongs on soggiest/soup-iest part of the carnitas, so he wasn't getting any meat and then told me he was going to have to charge me if I wanted more. Yes, dude, I want some meat on my burrito. The steak and the chicken looked like burnt jerky and you only got like 5-8 tiny hunks of each for a burrito. They literally scrape the bottom of the container to get all the crusty rice for us...and they appeared to be low on everything. They also don't do adult quesadillas right now and they wouldn't doctor up the kids quesadilla or the chick front of me. First and probably last visit to this location.

Food is delicious when available. Unfortunately mistakes are made regularly. My last order was inedible because salt must have been spilled in the rice and beans. I had to throw it away. Quesadilla was delicious as usual.

Only four stars because we did have to wait kind of long for our mobile order and they had run out of chips. The woman at the pickup window provided great customer service though. She apologized, let us know they were short staffed, told us how to get refund on the chips, and gave us free fountain drinks.

Ordered chipotle though there app still 6:30. Our order was suppose to be delivered before 7pm. At 7:30 a driver picked up the order and then cancelled it. I drove to chipotle with my son explaining all of this and looking to have our meals remade. Chipotle told us there was nothing they could do. So there we were at almost 8pm with no dinner and now out $45. You’d think after driving all the way there the least they could do was remake our meal!

Came at 4ish on a Saturday. All digital orders. Fine. Ordered online. I like extra rice, extra sour cream, and extra cheese. Wait in line to pay at the window. Told to pay inside? Confusingly get let in to wait in the LINE that JUST formed because they just opened the doors. Finally paid for my order went home to eat. It was divided among the burrito all wrong. It's like because they did a digital order, they ignored all the extras requested and just half A**Ed it because no one is watching.Incredibly dissapointed because I do like Chipotle. But 16 dollars for 2 burritos that are half-done? Nty. Place seems to be filled with young workers constantly. I wasted half an hour in line in the drive thru and inside.They don't understand, but the amount of people that drive away because it's digital only is crazy. Sitting in the parking lot placing my order, I watched at least 6 cars park, walk up to the door, and leave.

Chipotle is... the same, more or less. It doesn't matter which location you go to, you know what you are going to order, and what you expect. The difference from each location is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have purchased from this location numerous times, and I have waited to review it in order to get a good understanding of how this location works. I am by no means a YELPER, or whatever, but I will say this.... THIS LOCATION HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ****At the checkout portion of your transaction/order...the personnel starting your order are always awesome!!! Might be Chipotle's tactic, idk.****All-in-all, the food is the same, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is what is lacking by far!!!

I've always had good food and good service here. And during these times? We are lucky to even have these folks around.

Literally don’t go to this location if you ever want vinaigrette… they never have it even 6 hours before closing… also don’t know how that’s possible when it’s your only salad dressing. Also if you scroll down through some reviews there’s a picture of a bug that someone found in there food… do yourself a favor and skip this location and head to the reynoldsburg one. I will not be going there again I would rather have cold McDonald’s chicken nuggets
