Sat at the drive thru speaker to order food with no response, went around again with the same issue. I thought they were open so I decided to call in and ask if they were having issues. The employee notified me they were "running behind" and not yet open. I asked why not put a sign up stating that, instead of letting customers sit patiently in an open drive thru and she stated they were not allowed to do so. This Arby's has gone downhill.

This location is just the worst. And I forget how bad until I make the little hop there - the location is hard to get in and out, out of the way. 1. They are sooo slow. 2. They are always out of things. 3. They never get the order correct. 4. Today online orders only. 5. Workers are not pleasant.I'm done with this place!

Employees were friendly. Painfully slow and they will not take two separate orders in the drive-thru. Seems like inconvenience trumps whatever reason this helps Arby’s. Annoying rule.

Amazing food and nothing against the competition next door but hardly any line. They are truly fast food. ??

I get food shortages during covid, but to be out of Roast Beef? That's a new level. However, the rudeness of the workers when they got the order wrong made it so we have a sandwich we couldn't eat because of dietary restrictions. Do not go here. They will take their time getting your order wrong then be upset when you ask them to fix it.

Horrible staff and rudeness is ridiculous. Ordered a 50 dollar meal and I truly feel that I should have just requested a refund. The experience was so bad, the large fries were half full, sandwiches were not made well and the staff was rude. So disappointed don't go here!!!! And they didn't even give me a receipt for my huge order. Even the manager was unprofessional. I will be calling corporate.

Has been over 24 hours. We have still not received a reply or a refund. We placed an order online. Of a $77 order, we did not receive the 3 double beef and cheddar, 7 cups of cheddar sauce, 6 double roast beef with Arby's sauce, 4 orders of fresh fries, and the ice tea.The beef and cheddar had a little bit of cheese on the bun, not the layers that is promoted. Sorry we are out of cheese. Yes, we ran out of ice tea. And there was no Arby's sauce in the bag at all. We were charged for all of the items. We called 24 hours later. The person who said they were the manager, who would not give his name, per company policy, said the refund/complaint will only be handled online. So by the time we went to McDonald's to get an ice tea, then to Kroger to get cheese cups, and the time my wife went online and fabricated Arby's sauce, which was better than theirs, the food was cold, fries were stale, and we were out an additional $9.50 and time spent.Evidently they do not have management staff who is not capable of handling a complaint, the service skills of a 3 year old trying to take care of a problem, and the integrity of not be able to run a business.Don't place an online order without the expectation of being ripped off.

This Arby’s struggles with inventory management is always out of something. Today it was the cheese that goes on beef and cheddar. In the past, on separate occasions, I have experienced them being out of beef, mozzarella sticks, and marinara sauce.

Great food fast drive through service. And affordable prices.

Was treated like a liar when I drove back around because I was missing a sandwich and my soda had no syrup, just carbonated water. My Buffalo chicken sandwich had clearly sat for hours, the bun was hard as a rock and the chicken was gross and dried up. I've never had an issue when I would go in the evening, but I'll never go there for lunch again. Management was awful.
