Glad they were staffed I had went to two different Wendy's before this one and they both have me excuses why they couldn't take my order thru drive thru. System down or short staffed and I had to go to work I couldn't wait 15 min. So I came here and got exactly what I was craving and hot fries! And I made it to work with enough time to eat before going in.
Went to this location to undecided of what my order would be. After a minute the young woman came over the speaker and I was still undecided looking at the menu. After about thirty seconds she came rudely across the speaker to "come on, go ahead with your order." I didn't appreciate her tone so I left to the Wendy's location at Crossroads instead. If you accept a job in customer service then make sure you can work well with your customers and not treat them as an inconvenience. NEVER RETURNING HERE!PS- there were no cars in the line here and a pretty much empty parking lot while the Crossroads location had a line when I arrived. Take what you will from that.
Average Wendys. The single was fresh, but the nuggets and fries had definitely been sitting under the warmer lights or in the warmer drawer for a while.
Half the pop selection was out, ketchup empty, was told it was supply chain issues. But good burger and fries
Can't give a zero. Very slow, very expensive, and NEVER correct. I ordered a chicken with cheese and large fry. I got rewarmed extra salty fries and a dry flat chicken with only cheese. I did not say "only cheese" or "plain" Do not go here. No more we are under staffed BS. No pride zero quality. Not going back there ever. Or any Fat Food in the area.
Nice, newly renovated Wendys. I, for one, think their food value is quite good, considering the low cost ( for fast food).
This location does an excellent job, service is spot on. I would love to rate five stars but due to food allergies and appearent improper ingredient lists from the corporate side, I can not eat here. However, this is the preferred location my family enjoys. I'm told the bacon is always on the money only at this Wendy's. Best bang for the buck also. I eould rather see my kids eat here than most other fast food joints. Also to mention is accuracy, never have issues here with getting what I ordered or the quality of food served. Fast and hot.

Food was good but had the wrong label on the salad. Worker who took payment was not friendly. I ask how she was doing she did not respond. After payment I said thank you she did not respond. Not the end of the world.
People are friendly, location around a mile from my house, and a selection for those that can eat a lot and still have a variety for the seniors!
