Utterly ridiculous, normally let you pick up door dashes through window. However told me to come in then lady said right in front of me drive through customers are more important so have to wait. Well guess what we have a time frame to , try being consistent no one is better then anyone… then told another employee to whipe trays while she could clearly assist in catching up orders poor management

Got half way through my taco and there was mold on the bottom
I did a mobile order, picked up in the drive thru. The store was not busy, there was only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. There was 2 items missing from my order, and when I called the store I was put on "hold" but then hung up on. I usually don't complain, but I would just like what I've paid for. It's not like I was being nasty, I just explained what was missing. Not very good customer service today.

I absolutely love the employee here, 2 of them stand out and unfortunately I do not know their names, but I'm sure if u have been here you will know both of the order takers, great, fun amazing personalities.

Drive thru staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is Taco Bell, you know what you're getting.
