Ordered via phone, had 2 Chai lattes, and a cinnamon dulche latte. When I picked up the two ladies at the counter didn't greet me. I found my drinks, and asked for a carrier. One of the ladies huffed got one and tossed it at me. I just let it go and went home to bring drinks to my family. When we tasted our drink the Chais were horrible... there is no Chai in it at all. Needless to say due to poor customer service, and poor quality drinks I won't be coming back to this location.
Literally worst Starbucks I've ever been too!!!!! There was enough people working so my one drink should not have taken 30 minutes to make. She kept making mistakes on my one drink order. Didn't get the size right. So let just pour a small into a Grande and add more ice and milk. She didn't even blend it together then I had to ask about the strawberries. I then proceeded to take straw to get it blended. Really people let's do better.
I love ordering from this location. I always use the mobile ordering and have always had a great experience. Everyone is always friendly and always quick service.

A caramel macchiato should literally be the easiest drink to make in my opinion but recently when I go to Starbucks it just taste like milk and coffee which I wouldn't mind if thats what I wanted ? I'm a little discouraged about going to this one...but I will say the baristas are awesome. I would literally work there just to be friends with some of them. Great service but horrible caramel macchiato's...can't speak for any other drink because I only get that 95% of the time. ?
This one worker was extremely nice by paying for my drink? I originally ordered a venti strawberry açai refresher but the worker insisted on changing a few things and told me he would pay for it
I got a grande Chestnut praline latte from them today. And when I got home I noticed it was only half way filled! Paying $5.25 for 8 oz!! How does that happen? Literally you fill the cup to the top? I would have gone back but I was already home when I took my first sip.
