Such a large modern location. Don’t normally leave Starbucks reviews but this location is pretty beautiful. Love the seating colors and style. Also the studying areas have plenty of charging areas and all of them work. I am not sure how new this location is but what a gem. Really enjoyed stoping by to study. Highly recommend this location. Everyone is so nice as well.
I get the same drink from here almost daily for the last couple of months on my way to work. It’s been amazing and they’re so nice and the drinks are good. It’s been wrong the last couple of times. The first time a couple weeks ago I called and got a replacement and it was fine. This time I was in store when I tasted it and they seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for it to be remade. Now I’m late to work and it’s still wrong. I’ll be going a different way to go to a different Starbucks from now on. I wouldn’t care but a good coffee to start the day keeps me sane, when it doesn’t taste good it doesn’t.
I just realized this location existed a couple months ago. Definitely helps out the store on Fremont Pike, which tends to be busier. Usually no long lines either.It always is a good experience and the staff is super friendly which is always a good thing!!So, I recently discovered how good the Blonde espresso is. However, recently this location seems to always be sold out.That is only a minor inconvenience for me but may be good info for someone else.Otherwise, another great Starbucks location.Keep up the good work! ?

I ordered a pistachio latte and I ended up with a $6 vanilla flavored, watered down, warm cup of milk. I knew something was wrong when I was the only person in the drive thru and it was ready for me before I got to the window. I’m not sure what the rush was for, I wasn’t in any hurry and there wasn’t any other customers.

Heck they opened up this last summer and have been closed more days then it seems like they’ve ever been open! They basically just make their own random hours each day! Can never count on them being open for a morning coffee. Mobile ordering is never available. My husband has had some terrible experiences with the way the staff have treated him. If they dont change their ways I don’t think they will be open long! I avoid this location all together and go to the other one about a mile down the road.
