I want to say I am proud to take over here and look forward to getting the store open to regular hours and also reopening the buffet! I placed an online order and was shortly refunded the money. I called to ask what happened and place a new order, but was hung up on repeatedly. After the fifth time, I asked to speak to a manger, was transferred and was hung up on for the sixth time. It took an hour of my time between being hung up on and on hold for long periods of time. I finally gave up and ordered from Dominos. Which ended up being delicious, and because the delivery took longer than they believed it should have, we received a free pizza for our next order. I was livid over the behavior of the employees at Pizza Hut, but pleased with the outcome. Skip this Pizza Hut altogether and go straight for Dominos.

Do not order from here! Took over an hour to get. Very dry. Will not order again!
I ordered a couple pizzas online from this store. An hour an a half later I wondered where my pizza was- tried calling multiple times. The staff kept hanging up on me or would put me on hold. 2 hours later finally drive over- the inside looked really dirty, so I’m glad I didn’t get it. The customer in front of me had the exact same problem and the customer behind me was back because they received the wrong pizza. Don’t bother.
The chick working was great. Food was excellent. I got the new spicy double pepperoni
Order was supposed to be delivered by pizza hut at a certain time. Then I get a text saying door dash is bringing it and its going to he 20 minutes later. I dont want some random drivers from toledo picking up my pizza and bringing it to my house especially when they dont have warmers in their vehicles to keep the pizza hot. Stop using door dash!
Perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Pizzas were ready at pickup.
Dining room open, no buffet, no fountain pop. Menus out of date. Pizza was good though.
District manager VERY unprofessional and got very nasty with my sister and my mother on the telephone. They put their order through on the phone. After delivery my mother did not get her dessert brownie. My sister called back spoke to the district manager who said because she didn't have the receipt and the order wasn't coming up under their name, he wasn't giving free food away. My sister told him the delivery drivers name and phone number he called her from. He then told them "do you know how annoying this is?!" and hung the phone up. I've never heard of anything so unprofessional in the Perrysburg area. I'm calling corporate in the morning.
