The management here handled a difficult situation with extreme alacrity. They had unruly employees that they immediately and properly dealt with requiring the assistance of the local law enforcement. They worked extremely hard and promptly had to shut down the drive-through due to lack of staffing. They also kept an amazingly positive attitude with minimal disruption to the restaurant as a whole.I would like to congratulate the people working here today on doing a phenomenal job representing all the best at McDonald’s stands for.Cap’n Dave

I was just in this McDonald's and ordered 5 burritos and two hashbrown, I waited at least 7 mins for my order. When the burritos only take 1 minute 30 seconds to cook and the hash browns take 3 minutes and 35 seconds to cook. I didn't ask them to be cooked to order at all. The woman working up front had a anxiety attack as the manager was yelling at her from the grill area instead of coming out from the grill area and helping her. I've worked for McDonald's for 20 years and I'm a manager . I've never in my life seen such poor management in my life.

So my husband and I drove 7 hours away from New York we came out here for a business purpose to Perrysburg Ohio. Due to the fact of no one likes to work at night or at all we had no choice to go to McDonald's for dinner service that we received was absolutely poor. Are cheeseburgers were cold his Sprite he ordered had a brownish tint to it. I'm surprised that my frappe actually came out in decent but will never go back to this one again and a manager really doesn't give two s**** either

We travel to Ohio from Michigan a lot and this McDonalds became our go-to stop before we hit the toll road to head home. We've always had extremely quick, friendly service and the restaurant was usually well kept. However, I was so unhappy with our latest visit that I have no desire to ever come back again. The switch to solely kiosk ordering in the dining room is a nightmare. It takes an unacceptable amount of time to order now, especially with as busy as this location is. We were stuck waiting almost 15 minutes to place an order, mainly due to the amount of people who didn't know how to use the machines or needed help and had no assistance because of the short staff situation. Do everyone a favor and throw those darn machines out of the window! Once orders were finally placed (or people just gave up ordering and left), it was another 15 minute wait for food, where we heard constant yelling from the kitchen because orders were "too big or too picky." No drink cups were ever set out ahead of time and the young girl working the drive thru and dining room (by herself) was so stressed out that she was lashing out at customers. The entire floor in the dining room was extremely sticky from pop spills (and so bad near the pop machine that my flip flop came off because it stuck to the floor) and the tables and floor were covered in trash. I try to be very understanding of the staffing issues everyone is facing right now, but this was uncalled for. The dining room should not be open, at least until more staff is hired/available. The only reason I even gave this 2 stars is because our order was right and the food was great.

There is always a reason that you can't get something on the menu even when they don't mess up the order. On St Patrick's Day they had no shamrock shakes or shamrock mc flurries. We don't eat out often but even when we do it's such a nightmare that it's not worth it

if you ever order through the drive thru plan on to be pulled aside to wait for your food. they are never prepared no matter the time. I'm here and only ordered a quarter pounder ( at lunch time) there was only one person ahead of me and I've been pulled aside to wait. this happens all hours day or night and 8 out 10 times.

25 cents because lady at front was really busy and stressed! No big deal, I don’t want it no more, then she says that’s what I thought! What a really messed up attitude for a lady of her age, I feel sorry for her! They gave me the soggiest French fries I’ve ever gotten..3/16/2022. 2:45 pm

Nice clean store inside of the Pilot truckstop... my food and coffee was good, fresh, and the customer service was fine too.

Only kiosk orders. If you talk to a person they point you to the kiosk. The staff can burn your muffins and still serve it. Quality was really bad, but the lack of service was worse. A guy was smarter than us and walked out saying " You are right here, why can't you take my order. I don't know how to work the kiosk" They could have cared less. I would have given 1 star but, I don't like to burn a business, like they did to our breakfast.

First of all, there was only 3 of us in the store, at 1:40 amI ordered a mcdouble with NO pickle, NO re-dehydrated onions, and NO ice in my tea.I had to practically walk behind the counter to get their attention. There was no way on the kiosk that I could add slivered onions to my burger. And what I got was a McDouble regular way even though it had the grill slip on it which was incorrect also it said light pickles and light onion that's not what I ordered that was someone else's this place is a joke! And I never received a register slip.
