I got a small order this morning, chicken biscuit, hashbrown, and a coffee. My food was very fresh and the coffee was nice and hot !Got a mocha frappe with espresso added. Very good.
I wish I could give no stars. Went to dine in. Ordered food. After 45 mins and plenty of other people still waiting I went up and asked for a refund. Manager did not apologize. Said I could have a refund. I looked at receipt and what she was trying to refund me was not what I paid. I asked the manager and she said they charged me for dine in. I said well I have nothing to dine in to eat. She said she still couldn’t refund it. So I asked for 2 cookies. She said yes. I know places are short staffed but something should have been said. They were only concentrating on drive thru. The manager was unapologetic.
5 stars to the men and some of the women here. Both were very polite and doing their best.However, only one employee deserves this wonderful review: Got stared down by a rather rude female employee with britches to big for brains. She was adamant there was a donut added into my sons happy meal and I literally flipped the box upside down showing her. The guy knew this because he asked if it was in the bag before I gave it to my son and I said “No” and showed him. Miss royal rudeness decided to stare me down like a meat depraved lion and I eventually got embarrassed because a line was being held up for an invisible missing donut and told her “if there’s a problem after we both told you it wasn’t in there I’d be happy to speak to someone about your attitude.” Pretty sure it was along those line of words. I’m sorry but you, ma’am, are getting paid too much to literally be rude about donuts sweetie?to the other employees that work with her, I feel sorry for y’all. Praying for yuns. ❤️
Sorry but this McDonald’s is a literal joke. I had to wait 10 minutes for 3 ice cream cones and one large Diet Coke. The cones weren’t even remotely made correctly and then of course the Diet Coke was out along with like 4 other drinks. Do better.
Soooooooooooooo sloooooow. I was one of 2 cars in line. It took 16 minutes to get one happy meal.

I went through this drive thru and ordered 2 large fries that ended up having no salt as usual so i go in to get a replacement just to get more fries with no salt?I shouldn’t have to ask for extra salt just to get a little bit its weird how common it is now a days to be stingy with things such as that at a place that’s known for good fries
I have never ever had such an experience at McDonald's before! We placed curbside orders through the app, my friends app kept saying to see an associate, so we went inside. The Manager said his order crashed her system and she was gonna comp it, then walked away, not communicating this to anyone but us. So after a long awkward wait, he got his food about 20 mins after me. I was told my coffee would be 9 mins. Okay. After going up there 3 TIMES, and about an hour later I finally got my coffee. Meanwhile the manager was in office, then outside in her car and smoking, not managing a single thing. Wouldn't be so awful if the team had leadership of some sort.Do not recommend. Will never go back.
HORRIBLE!!! I DONT EVEN LIKE MCDONALD'S BUT WANTED SOME CHICKEN NUGGETS AND SMALL FRY , THE EMPLOYEES & MANAGER WAS SO NASTY LOOKING AND LAZY OMG! HOW DO WORKERS JUST SITE AROUND IN THE FRONT FOR EVERYONE TO SEE THEM DO NOTHING , LIKE THERE Isn't ANYBODY WAITING TO MAKE A ORDER SMH
I'm going to have to give my visit 4 stars. Because the food was good. But the coffee I ordered wasnt the best it could be. It usually is usually very good. But today it was very watered down and mostly creamer. But I also had a Breakfast Burrito and that was fabulously delicious and I was very impressed. That made up for the coffee. I hope the next time I go the coffee will be a little better. But anyway good job! Great place :)
