Perrysburg McDonalds the bathrooms were filthy as was the entire eating area and soda stations. Not a customer in the restaurant and employees were on their phones not greeting us as we were the only people in there. I worked McDonalds and standards were high. Apparently not at this location as the manager had to force employee off her phone to make two frozen drinks.
Every sign on the store says they close at midnight. All the information on the McDonald’s app and the website says they close at midnight. However, I got there at 11:02pm and was informed by the person in drive thru that “this locations closes at 11pm” maybe change your signs?Update: store called me today 05/26/2022 said they do close at 11pm and have for awhile. They apologized that their signs and such have not been updated. I’ll increase the rank of the review for now and check in, in a week or two and see if they updated all the signage!!Thanks for the call!!
Before reading know this is not every single mcdonalds on earth i'm just very frustrated with this one particularly. I have had the same order for mcdonalds for the past 11 years! Not a single one has messed up my order until I started to visit this one because I live closer to it. I get two McChickens with mayo and pickle with a medium fry. A fairly normal order. This is the fourth time in a month where my sandwiches have either come with nothing or they are cold. Tonight I ordered the same thing, However the mayo on my sandwiches were yellow and had separatedfrom the butter and the enitre sandwiches were coverd in mayo! Literally the buns had mayo on them! My family came back in town and I had worked super hard to make sure the home was presentable and smell good. I get dinner and this is what I am welcomed to. The worst part is i had to make two trips because they forgot my sandwiches first! I don't plan on coming back, I know this is a first world problem. I just cant understand how you make $14 an hour to not do your job correctly.
Take order, repeat the order back. Put order on big screen, ask if it's correct. Get to the pick up window and it's somehow incorrect.
Foods good, service is fast l. 50/50 on if my order is correct.
Ok for my grandson, not my favorite fast food
So my boyfriend and I just went through the drive through on north Dixie and we had terrible costumer service. Being someone who worked in costumer service before I am appalled at the way we were treated. First off the guy at the first window didn't know how to count and basically made us pay extra money and crumpled up our reciept and gave it to us. And then the guy at the second window had the audacity to misgender my boyfriend. It was horrible there. Never going back. I'm appalled that their bosses let them get away with that. Learn to respect your costumers better. You should learn to fake it if your having a bad day and not take it out on others. I'm at a loss for words now. I'm just saying. It's not worth it. I've had much better service in drive through at any other McDonald's in Ohio. Do better
Got a double cheeseburger opened it, and it was sloppy and found a hair in it, returned it, the manager told them to wear hairnets and nobody put one on. No masks either. And no one apologizes. Will not go back there again. Service also was not very friendly. They should think about the business they run there cause they have more bad reviews than good
Overcharged for breakfast meal and wouldn't listen to my complaint
No steady hours. Never know when they are open or closed. Service is horrible received a cheeseburger with cheese on outside of bun.. Hoping things get better.
