Ordered our weekly pizza from marcos and was a little concerned when it was 30 mins past the delivery time and still no pizza. Called to check on the order when the person who answered said it would be an hour late. Asked to speak to a manager who got on the phone and told me it would be an additional hour and then hung up on me before I could even say 1 word. Tried to call back 2 more times just to cancel my order at this point and they would pick their phone up and immediately hang up on me. Needless to say, Marcos will not be our weekly pizza spot any longer. Pretty sad this kind of customer service can ruin a customer of 20 yrs. Would not recommend this location to anyone based on customer service alone!!
I like this marcos and come here on lunch break a lot. Today I came before work to get some chicken and it was gooey and I called to return the chicken it get my order made over and it was still gooey again ?
Pizza man. An absolute classic. Nice pizza. Funnily enough my name in Spanish class is Marcos. That's really interesting, isn't it? Pick up food didn't get everything paid for 2 Liter Mountain Dew and Ranch Dipping Sauce. This is supposed to be their best Location. Yeah Right?
Marco's does a great job. My family and I purchase from the Perrysburg location often and have always been satisfied with their service and their quality.
I deliver around the Dayton ohioArea twice a week and on my way home to michigan I stop thereAt least once sometimes twice. And the pizza is perfect everytimeNever dissatisfied. The staff is friendly and very fast.
Always good but now I'm getting frustrated, went to order a pizza sub and even though the price went up now there is a restriction on the vegetables, limit 2, unfortunately I'm not paying $10 for the sub the way I've always got it! ?
Very rude when I asked about closing time due to being a holiday I also am working today please don't talk to customers like they're at home waiting on a check I told her I was around the corner she said I can't help you we close at 11 if you can't be here at 11:10 no I can't help you ....WOW

Always liked Marco's pizza and this is a pretty nice one. Good pizza and nice staff. We just don't get it must because it's overpriced compared to it's competitors and they don't usually have very good deals.
