I'm giving them too much credit giving them 1 star. Absolutely horrible. I called a week in a half before my son's 1st Communion celebration. I called and placed my order for 48 sandwiches having a big party after his communion.I called twice. The Wednesday before and the Friday before confirming my order. Got the a ok everything was set to go. Pick up at Noon on Sunday right after Communion. Go there to pick up my order with family waiting at the house to find the place closed. No call. No text. No email. NOTHING! Call to complain. No one cared. Literally Unbelievable.
I understand that there's a pandemic going on still, and finding people to work is hard. But I find it completely unacceptable that my order took an hour and a half to get to me. I live 5 minutes down the road from the location I ordered from and yes I know I could have gone out and picked up the order myself but I had a lot of stuff to do and had no time to go out and get it so I thought delivery would be okay. But an hour and a half is ridiculous. Please do better.**Update**I sent a complaint to the link that was given to this comment and it's a week later and no response. This place is absolutely garbage. I will never do business with this location again. The customer service is non-existent.
Seriously can't even reach anyone calling the phone, let alone place an order to be delivered to Levis Commons, 3.1 miles away. The app says it can't be delivered to here. You're closed when you're not supposed to be and not even open on weekends anymore. How do you expect to thrive??
Drove to the store on 4 seperate occasions. They were closed each time.Arrived before 8pm each time.Again 11/7/21 at 12:10 pm
Not being open on the weekends is making you guys lose a lot of money and customers. I often order party platters for college and NFL football games and each time it’s Jersey Mike’s taking my money across the street. I don’t see a fast food restaurant lasting long trying to run off of business hours/schedules.
I order jimmy johns quite frequently due to it being so close to work. These past 3 times, delivery is super slow. Last time the driver forgot my drink. Today they forgot my side of ranch WHICH I PAID FOR. Overall pretty ticked off I don’t even receive what I order.

Why are you closed on weekends? People are out and about shopping and may want to stop for lunch. Food is great though.
Cashier was super friendly. Food was ready super fast.
Terrible customer service. Very, very rude employee called me a [email protected] today over the stores lack of bread and the fact that I placed an online order and was not notified that it would not be filled. She was just nasty, and snotty and from the moment she opened her mouth she already had an attitude and an issue. Her co-worker had to apologize for her behavior saying she was having a "bad day." Very disappointed and disgusted. After all of this the the order was filled after all... The employee didn't listen and was immediately on the defense.
