I sat down at a table in the back and the manager came out and mumbled “I guess I’m eating in the office today” loud enough for me to hear TWICE. Extremely rude. The lady who made my gf and my bowls was rude as well. We’re will not be returning. What will come of this review? Nothing because they don’t care and the standard for management at this company is incredibly low. I would NOT recommend going here.
I came in and got a stake bowl to go. Got extra steak. That's fine I understand extra $3 for the steak. I asked for fajita veggies.. The employee literally put a four pieces of veggie on it so I politely asked can I have more veggies. At the end of the transaction I was told that it was a dollar more for extra veggies. No I'm not blasting the employee. I'm just seeing this as a teachable moment for them. 1 let the customer know that it will cost more at the time they ask for extra.2 put at least a serving amount the first time on the bowl. As far as the taste of the bowl , it was good . Just not with the best customer service. That definitely matters these days.
What a joke, got my burrito today and got a little extra squirt of sauce on my burrito. And I was charged .75 cents extra on top of the unreal high priced food as it is. Perrysburgh Ohio location is a dump location and unless you want to get nickel and dimed, stay clear.
Good food, but turned off by the way management berated her employee in front of customers. Not cool. For that reason, no real intent of coming back.
I unfortunately am not able to come to hot head as much as I used to because I dont live in the area anymore however when I am I always stop in best burritos in the area. Rhonda made my last burrito and on top of it being short of perfect she was very nice. Would defintly reccomend this place to anyone and everyone.
good food but you always feel robbed with how skimpy they are on portion size
Some old broad that worked behind the counter argued with me about wanting my product remade as it was believed that we were missing items we paid for. She stuck her fingers in my fiances dish to pull out a single piece of cheese proving to me that it did in fact have the cheese we previously thought was missing, since there were several bites taken from this bowl she refused to make another (only for my fiancé, as I admitted to eating too much for a remake) so if the bowl was "up to par" it just tasted dry and terrible. Just like her. 2 stars are for the only other worker in the store, she was doing her best.Edit: I don't want a credit as it seems several reviewers had the same issue. We will simply just not be eating there anymore. I advise people to follow suit if they feel any inclination to do so
if you spent as much time managing your restaurant as you did trying to be clever, you wouldnt have as many bad reviews. burrito inedible, chicken not fresh less than 30 min after opening. do better.
Ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito and they all looked like they were half full when she was done. Barely gave me any meat, cheese, sour cream or sauce. Usually when I go in there it’s amazing but dang these were horribly made and so chincy.
Been coming to hot head for years and absolutely have loved the food and atmosphere since they first opened I usually recommend Hot Head over Chipotle to everyone because of their sauce options, but recently have been very disappointed the past two visits Kristy c has served me and has ruined my experience with a negative attitude when I simply asked for a little more sauce she replied with a attitude and said well you're gonna have to pay for that.. which is fine but even after being charged the burrito was still very dry!
