I was looking for a restaurant in the area as we were playing in tournament. We selected this restaurant strictly on reviews.When we got there we soon found out it was attached to a Holiday Inn Express hotel. We went in anyway.It was awkward walking in with a party of 6. As it was full of elderly people and no music. It gave us diner vibes, but the staff was cordial and accommodating. Even though we were not sure we wanted to stay at this point.We decided we're here let's just give it a try. We had the soft pretzels as a starter. They were okay. My hamburger was a GR Bacon burger with tater tots. It was delicious! The meat tasted fresh and juicy. The lettuce was shredded. I wish I had known, because it kind of made my sandwich messy once I started eating it.We did order drinks. My margarita on the rocks was horrible. I didn't necessarily complain, but mentioned it to our waitress. I was not looking for free, just giving her an FYI. In the meantime, l sampled my husband raspberry Moscow Mule and it was amazing. So, I ordered that to sip on as my husband and the other couple ordered another round of Moscow Mules as well.When we settled the bill, our waitress was kind enough to take the margarita off our bill since I ordered another drink. Which I thought was nice and great customer service.I do recommend this restaurant if you want a nice great burger. The ambiance could use some work and upgrading.
Our server Erin C. was great! Good food. Reasonable prices. Very clean. Not the same rustic Ground Round where you can throw peanut shells on the floor when I was growing up, but still highly recommended.
Tasteful elegant ambience. Delicious reasonably priced dishes. I ordered perfectly cooked steak sliders with caramelized onions pepper jack cheese on sweet rolls alongside loaded potato skins & sour cream. Washed down with strawberry margarita ??
Great burger, fries were not the best and the decor is far from cozy or luxurious but service here was commendable.

Staying at hotel, came in everyday and everything was ok till today. Was told by server appetizers were half off. So I ordered appetizers. Then got the bill and she said they were full price and she was new. Lol I mean how do u charge a customer double something when you told me it was half off????
This place is incredible! The atmosphere is comfortable and for being connected to the Holiday Inn the prices are just right! I had the Jalapeño Burger and the fries were amazing. Also my server was incredible! She was really nice she had a great smile , and the perfect personality for a server. So overall the meal was incredible and there is not to many Ground Rounds In the United States. If your at the Holiday stop at the Ground Round they also have a bar with tons of alcohol.
Not often you find fine dining at a chain hotel off the Interstate but they did a good job with the Ground Round here. The hamburgers were cooked exactly how we liked them. The drinks were good too
Very great food. The little piggy burger is a bomb diggity fresh. Loaded and good. The atmosphere of this place is nice and our waitress had top notch service. Definitely would recommend. I probably won't eat here again though because I'm a foodie always trying new places but I woul Definitely eat again if there was one near my hometown.
Great food and service. Definitely going back sometime in the near future.
