Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Took over half an hour in the drive thru. Told them part of my order was the largest peach shake they have, so they gave me a small. ? Get my customer copy receipt and pull up to the window to pick up my food, they can't find my order! It went through, I have my customer copy receipt. I have to give them my copy of my receipt, pull around and park, wait for them to bring my food out. And the person they sent out had no clue who he was looking for! I have a custom painted truck that's lifted. It's easy to describe. Easy to spot. Yet they gave him no clues on who he was bringing food to. Over half an hour for cold food that was a "lost" order, with a large diet coke and tiny shake. Why did I pay $4.50 for the smallest shake known to man?!? Horrid experience.
Staff was nice, but I only stopped for a gift card to add to my daughter's Easter basket. When I got home to add it to her other goodies, I opened up the card to find it was a Christmas gift card. Not cool for an Easter basket.
Haven't been to a Chick-fil-A since Covid19 occurred, as there was no dine in and extremely long lines for the drive thru. Passing through Perrysburg looking for dinner we came upon their Chick-fil-A and stopped as we noticed dine in was available. Nothing has changed. The employees are helpful and gracious and the food is excellent. This store was very clean and well kept up. Always a great meal, keep it up!
Love the food. Spicy chicken and waffle fries are great.When you pull in, the line looks long but they are so efficient with the "at the car" ordering and the window is just to pick up. In and out in 15 min when it looked like a super long wait.
I have gone to this Chick-fil-A multiple times and had POOR experiences each time. This time I ordered a salad and asked for no blue cheese and I received a salad with blue cheese and a not cut up chicken breast on top. I also never received the sauces I ordered and they gave me the wrong drinks. Super disappointed with the service and food I was given. After having multiple bad experiences with cold food and wrong orders I do not plan on returning to this Chick-fil-A.
Always amazing, fast, one time we got a card for a free sandwich just for waiting and it wasn't even too bad. No one else does that. Friendly people, wish they carried menus other than that amazing

Always the fastest and best service of any fast food chain. They check orders and almost never get it wrong. Food is well above the rest of the fast food industry in quality and taste, may even rival most restaurants. The chicken club is amazing and the salads are great too.Due yourself a favor if you haven't tried it and dig in.
My soup lid not on right. Soup all over 2 sandwiches. My 12 piece nugget had 2 small pieces of crunch so got a 10 piece instead of 12. 2 sandwiches ruined. My worst chic fila experience. Had to get to appointment so could not go back. Usually a 5 disappointed my food ruined spent almost $50.00 and I couldn't eat.
Waited in line, no big deal. No associates outside like I usually see except for the cashier. Twenty cars ahead of me get their orders. I pull up and guess what? I have to go park and wait 10+ minutes for my food. Not one of the dozen cars after me was told to pull over. I'm THAT guy. But, I'm tired of being THAT guy. Wasn't a special order that I couldsee. So...ya know.
