Incredibly slow service. I don’t know if they were short staffed or not but I waited in the drive thru line for 12 minutes just to get to the intercom. Then after placing my order it took another 10 min to get to the pay window. Not exactly fast. The only good thing was the food but I know what to expect when I go to BK.

Me and my family ordered 2 of the 2 for $10, and we went with big kings. When we got home and opened our bags they were normal double cheeseburgers. Plus also we waited a long time to get them too, this is a big rip off and I'm highly upset and doubt will come back

Quality of the product has seemed to diminish with supply chain issues as well and the short staffing. I believe most of the staff tries pretty hard to satisfy the customer but they're not given the tools to do it.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, when I got it there was so much sauce or something not on just one side but on both sides which in turn made the chicken soggy. Could not eat it, pitch in trash!

Was in line at drive thru for 40min finally get up to order. We are closed! Really will not be going back to this Burger King EVERY! I'm sure all the other 15 or so cars in line felt the same way!

I used to love coming here, however my last 2 experiences have ruined that for me. The person taking my order is phenomenal, as well as the people preparing our food. However the GUY at the first window is rude, and lazy. He's on his phone every time we come through and he opens the window to tell you to wait so he can be on his phone and then 10 minutes later takes your money, I let it slide the first time because people deserve second chances however it has happened again. When I spoke with the female manager to inform her she said oh I'll talk to him. Like this is a place of business it needs to be addressed now.

Got to love the Whopper just wish I could some McDonald's fries with a Burger King Whopper that would be the best fast food meal

Went Saturday for 37 Whopper day and a few other lunch items. When the order on screen didn't reflect 37 cents Whopper, the employee said I needed a code from the app. I uploaded the app while I waited (was a LONG line). When I got to the window, the employee wouldn't take the code. I mentioned he was the one who told me to upload the app. He laughed at me and said if I wanted the 37 cent Whopper I could get back in line. I told him I had waited 22 minutes already and wasn't doing it again. "Best" part is, I sent a complaint through the app and they only apologized for me missing out on the deal, they didn't address the terrible service. No coupon, no service resolution- nothing! I have worked in customer service for 30+ years, totally unacceptable. BK has lost a customer.

Everything was hot and delicious! Everyone was super friendly especially Hunter! They forgot our cheese sticks and gave us an extra fry as well! They were super apologetic! Best Burger King we've been too.

I pulled into BK in Perrysburg at 7:30 knowing that they close at 8p also knowing that they are short handed due to COVID. I wait for 20 min in line finally get to my turn with 10 min before close and the manager comes on and says he’s closed, I said that the sign right here says you are open till 8 he tells me he had two people call off and he is closing early and not in a nice hey I’m sorry but I’m stuck here kind of way but a more like I was one of the people who called off and it’s my fault kind of way! He was rude inconsiderate and disrespectful I’ve worked for Bennett management and I am very disappointed and will never eat at that BK again!
