Went here on a busy Sunday. We still were seated in a timely fashion. Waitress was great! She kept us apprised of what was happening with our order, as it was coming out slower than they preferred. The cook(s) didn't come in so the general manager was cooking. Only a couple hosts came in, and a couple waitstaff. Still, the food was hot and tasty. I appreciated their great attitudes and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Only giving 3 stars because Crystal, not sure if i am spelling it right, was a great server. Despite being the only one serving even though there were two other male servers there walking around doing nothing, and a hostess and dishwasher that were just standing in the kitchen, she killed it all by herself. coming from another job to do this one basically all by herself with the help of the cook, i applaud her. I will be following her to cracker barrel for great service and will not be returning back here anytime soon. Bob evans menu has significantly decreased in portion size and options and is not like it use to be.
We had a really nice breakfast this morning at Bob Evans - Levi's Commons this morning. Our waitress was excellent, even though the restaurant was ( like most restaurants) understaffed. The food was exactly what we ordered, and it was VERY GOOD.
The cook did a great job on our meals except the lettuce on my BLT was very old. The manager of the restaurant greeted every table but my husband and I yes we are african American the waitress Serena was great. Levi's Commons in Perrysburg Ohio do better.
It is always a nice option for family style classic recipes!
I've been other Bob Evans and have gotten better salads elsewhere is size. Ill let that point slide. And only push them back to two stars... since they had brown lettuce in my salad . Not something I want to eat. Other star lost cause our server was rude and uninviting. Complained about other employees and stomped off on multiple occasions.
Well being thanksgiving day & I worked all day we went there. The 1st one was an hour & 45 minutes to wait, but there was hardly any one in there, then went to another one no wait go in sit down. Now it's only 1ish and not busy at all. We get seated and the waitress comes over takes drink order then went down hill from there. Wrong drinks, then got orders mixed up, my one daughter didn't even get her dinner til we were all done eating,then she brings out the wrong dish for her,had to keep asking for the endless bread refill only got 1 refill, the turkey dinner was so salty it wasn't funny. Some of us asked for boxes to go (4) brings out 1. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or tired or not feeling good. Then we wanted 3 separate checks she puts it all on 1. 1st time eating at that one at Levis Commons and probably be my last.
My waitress is the bomb ..food was good too ? fast and friendly
Cleanliness, friendly staff and good service. Good selection of meals.
