Great experience and very good service

Great food and service. Great place

very disappointed, a/c up to high, why is it at these older bob evans that they want to seat you back by the restrooms, and don't ask where you would like to sit. waitress was a nice young lady but sure had her problems, slow and couldn't remember what you were ordering. had ice tea and it wasn't much more than water. sorry but this restaurant needs better management.

Not the Bob Evan's I was used to patronizing. My granddaughter had the chicken tenders with fries. She only got 2 tenders and maybe 12 French Fries. My dinner came out cold, got the roasted turkey dinner. The waitress did take it back to have it warmed, but it came back cold again. The carrots looked as if they were reheated several times. Needless to say, I did not finish my meal. My grandson had the bacon cheeseburger with fries. His meal came out hot & he enjoyed it. My husband ordered the sirloin meal, his was "ok", steak unevenly cooked. The wait time from being seated until we received our meals was about 20 minutes. Not wirth the $47.00 we spent.

Place has really gone down hill. Ordered a hamburger for my kid, the bun was hard and burger was so over done it couldn’t be eaten. My food was just as nasty, small over cooked chicken with a hard bun, slimy green beans. Only things we could eat were the french fries, which was about 10 fries total. Ended up cooking dinner that night and waisted $24. Won’t be going back to that location anymore will drive the extra couple of miles and go to the Levi’s Commons location.Wish I could give zero stars!!

Ordered food for the kiddos.. all kids meals. Nothing crazy simple things like chicken strips, mac and cheese and pancakes. Order arrived with the bag soaked from pop and food I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When a manager finally came to the line I was not rude and i told them they mistakenly didn't include things like syrup for the pancakes or forks and the other half of the order ofmeals for the other kids.I asked them more than politely as I understand things can happen if they could please redeliver the food they missed and didnt deliver that I paid for and tipped on...they refused to.I said that I understand things happen but to not offer to fix it was not cool.Only about half of the order that we paid and tipped for was delivered ..and just wanted the rest of the food as we had several kids here waiting for dinner.answer...NOPE.Manager was less than polite said"we can't come back out"before I even finished asking why or had a chance to say"I'm going to be forced to leave a review then,"she's immediately retorted"we'll refund you." And hung up on me.SooooHere's your review!!!!All because they didn't want to deliver the rest of the order they charged me for and I tipped for, but couldn't drive literally a block down the street to give the rest to me.Last time I'll be ordering from this place.Customer service and performance has definitely gone down hill.

Just visited this location, stood for a solid 3-5 minutes at the host stand before being acknowledged, was never greeted was just huffed at ‘two, this way’ and sat. We then sat for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgement, no ‘be with you in a minute’ no other employee trying to get drinks at least (if the server had been somehow double sat). The restaurant was not busy, there was no wait to be sat, and workers were standing leaning against the counter. We finally gave up waiting and walked out. Extremely disappointed. Luckily, Cracker Barrel sat us immediately, and we were greeted within minutes of being sat. And they have a much busier restaurant at the moment, which is probably other overflow from the horrible service down the street.

I moved to the area 4 months ago. We use to go to the Findlay Bob Evans once a week as a family and loved it. We have tried coming to this location four times now, tried ordering out twice now. In the five times we received our meals they weren’t even edible. Today, the sixth time trying to get food (to give them another chance lol) the lady who answered was absolutely rude because they were running so far behind. I said “oh ok I’m sorry to hear that” and I went to proceed to order but she HUNG UP ON ME. I will just drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the one in Levi’s Commons because the service here is atrocious… y’all need new cooks, new serves, new hostess’.

Great food! The wait wasn't too bad but well worth it. Staff was very kind and very attentive.

Like most restaurants understaffed. They did a great job. Server was nice and food was hot. Keep up the good work.
