We had a really nice experience here. We really wish there were more traditional pizza choices, among the unique offerings. Our server was attentive and also not annoying us every 5 minutes!

My husband grew up in Perrysburg, so we’ve been to Basil’s before when we travel here and have enjoyed it a lot. But, last night was extra special with our server Lydia, who made a very weird travel day so much more pleasant.

The very best service and food for our wedding rehearsal dinner! John, as well as our servers Ashley and Jordyn were fabulous! Our guests were delighted with the menu and service. Hats off to all who made our celebration a big success.

So glad we found this restaurant while stopping for the night in Perrysburg on our way to Chicago. Such a lovely place to relax after a long day of driving! My husband and I started by ordering wine. We each ordered a flight of wine to sample four wines. It was lovely to sip a variety of wines. And although we have visited wineries in California, France, Germany, South Africa, and New Zealand, there were a few that were new to us. The pizzas looked delicious but we ended up ordering salads (Caprese and Caesar) and two entrees (salmon and spaghetti and meatballs. All of the food was excellent, and Bailee took very good care of us. I just wish we had a restaurant like in the Philadelphia area!

Today I ordered from the “small plate menu” “SmokedSalmon;” I asked to remove the sesame crisp, upon discovering wheat as an ingredient; I did not see GF bread on the menu; so I was delighted to have Lydia suggest GF bread, drizzled in garlic oil, as an alternative! My small plate was “heaven on a plate” pairing with my “heaven in a glass;” also known as Wente Morning Fog Chard!

Great environment and very good food. Lauren was a super server! I got the call me primo pizza and it was delicious. The hippie bowl was the best! Can’t go wrong! Good value for the money. Best charcuterie board I’ve had in town!

I can't say enough about the food and wine here - have eaten on multiple occasions and everything we tried was delicious! On our most recent visit, however, the service seemed to be lacking and our food took a very long time to be served. I know staff shortages are an issue everywhere these days, but it had more to do with the waitress seeming distracted and not really interested in serving us. The only other drawback is that it's a very noisy restaurant due to the "open" setup of the dining and kitchen area. But definitely worth the noise and the wait if you love great Italian food!!

Food here is great. They have a lot of options for food intolerances. The drink menu is diverse and they have good selection of wines. I really wish they’d have draft beer. Great patio with live entertainment in summer. It does get REALLY loud in dining area around dinner time. Staff has always been exceptional and knowledgeable.

Basil is a local favorite with great food and drinks. Mike the manager was wonderful checking on the table and making sure we had a great experience dining.

The food, drink and atmosphere was amazing but the best part was our server Bo and the manager Mike!!! Bo was such an amazing and funny server and made us feel at home. Thank you both for a wonderful meal!!
