Place is hit or miss. Sometimes good sometimes not good at all. If bad, it’s mostly because it tastes like food has been under heat lamps all day. Burger dried out and buns are just horrible, crunchy and not good, stale too. But im glad to see owner is on here taking his time to write back and to check on things. Most owners could care less. Parmatown area wendys is a lot better than the Independence wendys. I live closer to that one, but food is always bad. Seems like employees screw up stuff on purpose and dont care.
Once again I pay for food that I didn't receive. Do we really need to check your work and make sure you did your job? Or should you be responsible enough to do your job? Fast food industry asks for higher pay rates just to cost the customer more money, with missing items or wrong orders. Absolute joke if you can't do your job right just stay home and save the rest of us our hard earned money. Please!!
This place consistently gets worse and worse. I recently waited for 40 mins in the drive thru for the most mediocre chicken nuggets and burger I've ever had. Everything was cold and dry, the pop was flat with a weird chemical taste, and again I waited 40 mins for "fast" food. I wish Wendy's actually cared and helped this place out but I doubt it. Please save yourself some time and look elsewhere for dinner.
Breakfast was great, breakfast potatoes are probably the best potatoes served by any fast food place, vanilla frosti-chino was better than expected. Would definitely grab breakfast here again
This is a really bad overall experience. First off, my food was cold, and I’m not sure why everything was so cool considering lunch had just started. I was hoping everything would be fresh. Then I got halfway home and my hi c was completely flat. Wendy’s is definitely not this fast food, so this is definitely a let down. Also, when I got to the window I wanted to add on a cheeseburger kids meal, and they said they couldn’t do Add ons. So I drove around again, and I waited in line, just for cold food.
From management on down this Wendy’s is as bad as it gets. Chili is always filled two thirds of the way. Fries are rarely fresh. Lines are long and miserably slow. They need to start hiring people who actually want to work. Hire people with integrity. Needs all new management. Other Wendy’s are not much better. Maybe the DM should be canned. Just awful.
Very slow and negative employees, more talking than work being done. Worst Wendy's I have ever been to.
Normally don't make review's but with the number of problems I have had with this specific diner is incredibly "buyer beware". I say this because I have had my order messed up more times than I can remember. It's as if the staff cannot tell the difference between which sandwich is which.I have ordered the "Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger" and have ended up with a basic cheeseburger that was much cheaper. I have ordered hamburger's and gotten chicken sandwiches. I have ordered food and they would not be in my bag for some odd reason as if the staff is not paying attention. Clearly the staff here needs to pay more attention to what they are putting into the bag's before giving the customer their orders.Some of us are not made of money and look forward to these meals... It would be nice if you could fix something as basic as giving the correct order out to the customer without the customer having to inspect every single item they are given. Without having to open every wrapped item because we want to keep the meal warm for our loved ones at home. Please get it together to save us customers from having to drive back and wait in a long line just to tell you that you messed up our order... wasting our time and yours.
Don't order online through the app because they closed the dining room but still have pick up inside and curbside as options. They still make you go through the drive through and you can't cancel your order on the app like the one worker was telling me to. The staff was rude and not helpful whatsoever. I will drive out of my way to go to a different Wendy's from here on out.
Normally good. Depends on the time. Past 9pm the service becomes pretty terrible. Closing time stated as 1am but two hours before that I couldn't reach them by call or awkward stare. They didn't want to talk to customers..? Weird.As a side note, I do food delivery. I wasted for 15mins trying to get someone's attention. I try to be kind and understanding but please just.. don't be a customer-facing worker and refuse to even acknowledge someone is there. I have no trouble during morning or afternoon deliveries here.Thanks for reading my rant. I'm upset I lost a customer.
