My mom accidentally read the menu wrong and instead of just fixing it the so called manager “Jesse” decided to sit there and go off talking all kinds of mess then when we confronted him he said I was speaking on the other side of the window which is my privacy sorry if you listened you were literally at the window and that’s who you have running your store that’s sad to be honest do better Wendy’s highly don’t recommend every time o come here it’s always some type of issue
This restaurant is never open when they say they are. In the morning, lights are on, wait about 10 minutes at the speaker no one greets you or asks you to wait. Later in the evening, lights are on, same experience. This has been going on for YEARS, prior to the pandemic. At lunch rush and dinner rush, very busy place with good service. Not sure why they advertise breakfast and late night hours if they really aren't there.
Take a look at the staff and that's quality your going to get. Waited 15 minutes for 2 cars to place their orders. After another 8 minutes I finally pay and told to pull up and they'll bring it to me. Another 11 minutes to get my order, and thus is what I got. Laughed and said never again. When you hire trash all your going to get is trash. Negative 5 stars..... This place will be like the Burger King around the block. CLOSED BTW Wendy's that isn't a large fry.. Garage Place Stay Away...
Stopped there to put something on my stomach before coming into work at 9 am and literally just ruined my entire day after speaking to someone whom claimed to be the manager but was very unprofessional and unapologetic after serving me raw chicken which can lead to serious food borne illnesses. I will never look at chicken the same. On top of that I was told I can not nbe refunded and save the raw sandwich and bring it back after I get off work at 5 pm so that means it will sit in my car for close to 10 hours. Never did a review but this was one I couldn’t let go. Hopefully they will get better management to handle situations like this differently. It’s only 11:30 and my stomach is hurting on top of being paranoid about the thought along of eat some of that sandwich
A month ago 25 minutes in the drive thru, fries missing, and other food was ice cold. Decided to give it a try again. This time 20 minute wait, couldn’t cancel mobile order, food again ice cold.
Just horrible my food was old and hard and cold like they just gave me what’s been sitting out all day
Service took forever. Burger was burnt, with the smallest patty I've ever seen. Fries were soggy. And it was all cold. If I'm going to have to wait, shouldn't the food at least be good?
Why is food so disgusting at this Wendy's. Our food has a funky burnt smell and taste. And they told me I couldn't get a receipt so I can't even call to get my money back. Super disappointing
Wendy's corporation needs to come in and re-do this place starting with management and staff.Update:I wanted to give this place a 2nd chance. I should of stuck with my gut feeling stay far away. They messed up my order so bad you can see knuckle punches in the hamburger buns. Ordered 3 different sandwiches baconator, classic deluxe and a $5.00 baggie. All the Sandwich are the same smashed single bacon sandwiches. The four piece chicken nugget was a two piece. Mediums fry was a cold kiddie fry. We was so disgusted we tried to give these strays dogs the food they sniffed it sneezed and walked away.
Just absolutely horrible.. long waits bad customer service… seriously don’t waste your time or money..
