I remember when Taco Supreme tacos were introduced. They cost more but the shells were bigger and they were the deluxe version of the smaller tacos. I'm not really sure why Taco Bell is still calling the Supreme a Supreme. It's not bigger and aside from sour cream, it's just a regular Taco! It was a good Taco. A tad expensive, I thought, but still good. The menu has really expanded. I only had a hard Taco but the selection was va$t.
Cinnamon Twists, every single time in past year, taste disgusting. So bad I have to throw them out. Just got some in Streetsboro the other day, tasted great, exactly how they were supposed to. Made me think, yeah, I'll try them from here again... nope, still nasty.Probably bad old dirty oil is my guess. Taste like chemicals. Its a staple and a main reason I go there actually. If this problem can't be fixed I think I'll just stop going this location. Also similar experiences at the one on Snow Road.Has me wondering if they are owned by the same person? If local management can't solve the problem then corporate should step in, these local franchises are degrading the brand severely.
Normally I wouldn't bother writing a review about a place & the bad experiences that I have had there, but this has happened WAY too many times already. Everytime I buy food at this location I spend anywhere from $30 to $50, however 70% of the time, my food is either wrong, missing, old, poorly made, or overcooked. Then when I try to call and complain, they NEVER answer the phone and I get the fax machine! My last order which was a little bit ago was horrible. I'm missing 2 orders of Nacho Fries & 1 Cinnamon Twist, yet instead of telling anybody that they might be possibly out of those items, they decided to just substitute them with chips and cheese. Then the 5-layer burritos were both made extremely wrong and missing half the ingredients on them and one of the tortillas was overcooked. Also, the Crunchwrap my son got was burnt, so he had to peel half of it apart to where he could actually eat it. I don't know if it is maybe the quality of the food that's coming in, or maybe lack of inventory, but I do know one thing... The kids that work there are not doing their jobs correctly. So usually if it's the employee's that are messing everything up, that means that their managers are being extremely lazy, and not providing proper supervision, guidance, or training. I'm not sure who actually owns this location, but how can they expect their business to thrive, when their customer base starts to slowly decline, due to the many mistakes that happen way too frequently here?
So sad, they take your money and give you bad food. Went through the drive thru last week around 3:30 pm. Something was hard and crunchy inside my burrito and on the nachos. Assume it was hardened beans. Had to dispose of all of it. I am done with Taco Bell.
Visited this location on my way to work many times. All I can say is, make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive-thru. The people at this location will charge you for items and then never put them in your bag. They're also terrible about giving receipts at this location. It's happened to me 3+ times within a few months so I will no longer be going to this location.
Absolutely nasty food and workers. I was the only car in the drive thru and they literally gave me smashed up soggy food ? whos ever back there making food is nasty and acting as if he’s not being paid to make peoples food if you don’t like your job quit the manager provided a refund tho but had no answer for me of why my food was like that. Needs new crew
the guy working the drive thru had great vibes and made a great chicken quesadilla. best taco bell in parma ?
Pathetic drive thru service. The person who took the order did that correctly but it’s very clear that the person who put the order in the bag CANNOT read. The order was completely wrong! And when I call the location of course they do not answer the phone. I realize with Covid restaurants are short staffed but I didn’t realize that Covid was an excuse for pure straight up ignorance.
Ordered five hard taco supremes ? plus a burrito supreme and a lemonade. Simple, right? At window I paid $17.00 and was given the lemonade. Had to wait and wait for the rest of meal. Was then asked what did I order. Repeated my order and waited some more. I was finally handed a bag with my order. He apologized saying he had and made a mistake. Sooooo, when I get home the tacos were not supreme and my burrito supreme didn’t even make it in the bag. Did I say I paid $17.00?!! ?
Dining room was a mess. Pop nozzles were not on. Took 15 minutes to get 3 tacos. Workers ignore you if you do not use the kiosk.
