I know Taco Bell drive thru’s usually suck as a rule but this one takes the cake! We made a mobile order and went inside to get it just to be IGNORED by every staff member working. We proceeded to get into the drive thru like and say for 50 minutes. No apologies or acknowledging that we had to wait so long. A simple “sorry were short staffed” would have helped this situation so much. Longest wait for a fast food order in history!!!!
Remind me to never come to this Taco Bell again first time at this location after work not one car in drive through but meI ordered a chicken quesadilla meal literally NO CHICKEN!!!!!!! They put cheese in it and couldn’t even melt that. I got another box asked for no beans of course theirs beans in there, the wrap stale as could be hard!! . Didn’t get the cinnamon twists . I called because I am not driving back to parma after working all day and they took the phone off the hook . It was ringing after that nothing . Called back again phones off the hook… waited 15 minutes call again still off the hook
numerous times now have come late at night (12am) only to have the drive through workers giggling through the speaker saying they are closed with music blaring in the background. asked for manager’s name, only to have them stutter and say bogus ones. website and app say 2am close time… extremely disappointing the employees get away with it.
I'm a uber driver...they don't care for customers..they take orders online knowing they don't have material and show no concerns. Treat uber divers as if we the problem
Had the wings...good flavor but very small
Food was definitely prepared be employees who get paid way too much to dance around instead of putting in quality work. Would be nice to come across a group of younger people putting in a LITTLE effort instead of doing trash work and expecting more money. It starts at the top though, found a hair in our taco (pictured), reached out to corporate and nobody even bothered responding. If the people in charge don't care, why would their employees?
Open at 930 in the morning and you have to literally call the store and ask if someone can take a drive thru order. Then today January 3 2021 the girl that is there this morning is walking from Starbucks and opens the window to say they “ain’t taking orders and not even open” so staff shouldn’t be in the store if they “ain’t open “ rude employees needs an overhaul big time. Oh and late night employees stand in the door and smoke their cigarettes
Terrible service, ordered food to be extra crispy, mild sauce, gave me Diablo sauce and it was cold cheese wasn’t even melted !!!Would give 0 stars but won’t let ._. Ф_фWhen I called after explains what happened she just hung up on me!!!!
You forgot my nachos. After I asked if everything was in the bag. Check your order. Never fails there's something missing. This, after the one on Brook Park was out of every ingredient that you need to make the food. Won't be back to either location. Food isn't worth the aggravation.
Everytime I go my order gets messed up. I asked for soft shell taco I got hard shell taco.
