We order from here because it's the closest to us. Never fails though, never. 5 of the last 6 times I've been here, my order was wrong in one way or another. Even worse I've mentioned it to them when I arrive, I'm given free taco slips or whatever, yet the order is still wrong. I get home and take a bite, it's wrong. Unfortunately you can't just count items and think orders will be correct when you get home. Oh well, nobody wants to work these days and fast food is the worst across the board in hiring people who's going to give a full 100% I guess.
Ordered on mobile app and when I got there rude obnoxious woman told me that the computer was down and that I had to call corporate to get my money back and when I went inside to show her my order on my phone she tried to grab it from me to show me and I told her that I would hold the phone she got all crazy and ran over by the pick-up window and flipped me off. I called corporate and district manager and was promised $20 gift card that I never received and I had to call more than 5 times for 3 weeks just to get my money back. I was a taco bell customer over 30 years and will NEVER go to any restaurants EVER AGAIN! Thanks Nichole at Broadview and Snow rd Taco Bell!
The food is the usual Taco bell which is good, but 5 stars to service, I ordered at 11:40pm and this guy who took the order and took payment, very very kind and sweet, unlike other restaurants, keep it up and all the best.
Had a attitude that I was even there ordering. Had me pull to the front for 5 $1 cheesy burritos. When I got the bag it had no sauce or a option of sauce was not even offered. This happened twice there will be no third time for me ????????
The worst place ever!!! It's dirty the person making my burrito made it with two burrito shells that were stale and falling apart. We waited approximately 15min for someone to acknowledge we were in there to order then 30 minutes for 2 burritos shut that place down!!
Honestly the Karen’s complaining about slow workers are here really never understand what it’s like working in a food business that already has high turnover rate even before covid. If you want people to work well, you treat them well. We are humans. Mistakes happen. Bad days happen. Belittling someone over food being wrong, even if it’s your money, still makes you a bully. This location I’ve never had issues with and I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when the pleasant valley and day drive ones are closer. This location has never messed up and online order or drive through order. My food is always fresh, I always have everything I need from napkins to sauces. The people are always friendly or trying to be. I know how rough it can be with rude people and trying to not let them ruin the day. Especially when people just scream through the drive through. Some things are out of their control and it’s sad to see how selfish people are in the reviews. I wouldn’t go to your house screaming how much you mess up and are a failure.I get it you paid money, you want things done right, but being rude and nasty to employees does nothing but make that place short staffed from people quitting and makes it harder to stay open and function well.I love this location. The morning guys are always so kind and nice.Whenever I go and it’s not the morning, my food is still fresh and the people are so nice still.Start treating people better and you will see how much better you will be taken care of.
Tried to go to Taco Bell for breakfast around 10 am. Front of the store says it opens at 9, but no one is responding at the drive-thru even after waiting for about 5 mins. Very disappointing that they can't open their store properly at the correct time.
When your store is closed, atleast turn off the outside lights and the order board so people are not sitting in the drive-through line thinking that you are open or is that to hard to do.
Might literally be the slowest Taco Bell in the world. I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes behind 8 cars. Probably need more employees
All of the dorito taco shells were nasty! It tasted old like they had been leaning against chemicals or something. Never again
