Very bad customer service, sandwiches made poorly and nearly empty and the orders are not completely fulfilled, and deny refunds. ??

These people customer service is Ridiculous!! I went there at 7:30 to order and before they know if take out or dine in they told me we close in 30 mins so you can’t dine in. I told them even if I need to dine in I don’t need more than 15 mins they told me still you can’t dine in!!And another time I was passing by and I just went in to use the bathroom after been going there for years they told me the bathroom is out and closed and suddenly I saw someone getting out from the bathroom!! No one should go there and do business with these people.

I ordered online. Very simple order. I ordered Baja chicken sub. Didn't get it. They put some other sauce on it. Really disappointed. Just got it like 10 or 15 minutes ago.
I came here on two separate occasions and both times this employee had such a bad attitude. She even had airpods in both of her ears which made it difficult for her to take my order. Had to start going to the one on Day Dr. because of the poor customer service here, it's worth the extra mile.
Subway is Subway However this Subway had used lunch meat that was near its flavorful end with a tinge of going bad soon.

I’m glad there’s another subway only 3 miles away from this one, because the service at this one is TERRIBLE. The one older lady was especially rude...It’ll be worth the extra 3 miles for a better experience!
Came here a year ago and despite hours listed on door they told me they were closing early due to their boss telling them they could “go home early”. Havent returned since then unless last week....went in and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich I saw advertised on tv and the kid put a chicken patty on my sandwich with some Buffalo sauce...not how it was portrayed on advertisements. There was a lady on the phone talking in the back and she didn’t come out until the young kid was halfway through making my 3 sandwiches. Will not return. I do not recommend. This is literally the worse service and subway I have ever been too. I know the rules regulations etc as I worked there years ago.
