Trained employees are scarce. An espresso with crema might come with a blank stare and some white cream added. These are not the baristas you are looking for.
Hallelujah, Starbucks has an impossible sausage breakfast sandwich! I don't do much in terms of fancy coffee drinks.. I just like black coffee, but it's good and strong. Just had to deal with a giant crowd - took a long time to get our order. They were also out of multiple food items my friend tried to order.
I went to the Starbucks in Parma and a girl with red hair (think her name was Lia or Leah?) was super rude and messed up my ordered! She seemed so annoyed to make my food when I was kind the whole time. I usually don’t complained, but this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had!! She should be fired for how rude she was!!! I am very disappointed. No idea how you guys hire such mean workers that are not good with people.
Probably the best one in the seven hills/parma area. Actually know how to make drinks properly and are usually quick to take care of you. We won’t even mention the one on ridge and day drive in parma…
Just went to this Starbucks and for the first time in my life after asking if they had unsweetened chai tea late the barista said no, but he can make it with tea bags. I said no, after which I got my regular drink. Then I was offered another one that he made free of charge without sugar. Long story short, I loved it! Really nice of him to go extra step.
Honestly They caught me by supersize today. They were all training, Smiling faces going around making people Happy!!! Honestly really made my day. Amazing company amazing management. Thank you so much for making my day!!!
The Starbucks no longer has a drive-thru they should have a sign out front that says drive through no longer working instead of driving through waiting to see a sign that says it's closed snotty workers

Getting sick of Starbucks! Today this Starbucks closed at 2:50 PM for the day! Only their drive-thru is open due to COVID! Grow a pair and open back up! It's bad enough Starbucks constantly messes up a sweetened green tea! I ask for liquid cane and they sometimes get it right and other times forget to add it!
