This place is a very nice Starbucks, despite being rather small. Its my go-to location for getting my drinks. The staff there are always courteous and seem to genuinely enjoy working at the location. My drinks (I get frozen ones) are always made correctly and taste good, and the food is always nice and hot when I get home, since they make it so warm. They also, whilst doing all this, work quicker than most other places I go to. Basically, they're one of the best in the area.
NeNever had bad experience here until today. The girl working the drive-thru window Was extremely rude Handing me the wrong drink, waited at the drive-thur window for 10 mins. Then she hands me a cold coffee cake ? I asked for warm. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or not. But it your working a window you should at least say Hi how are you.!!!
I really struggle to negatively review a business in the service industry because I worked in it for so long and it is really not an easy job to deal with mentally and is always slammed with customers, on top of having to deal with probably many rude people. And I am not ok with treating service industry workers as if they aren’t people too. The issue I’m having with this particular branch is that vanilla sweet cream cold foam cost an extra $1.00 on top of your coffee order (it’s time consuming to make and slows down the flow of the day, so I get it can be a pain in the rear end) but I order cold foam with every drink I buy and on SEVERAL occasions (more than 5 now), they won’t make it and put whip cream on instead and hope I don’t notice. I notice and it’s super inconsiderate and honestly messed up because I paid extra for that particular topping and not to get it consistently is not ok. I hate having to say “hey this isn’t what I ordered” and their response being “oh we’re really busy” it’s clearly written on the label and I paid for something I’m not getting. It’s super frustrating and makes me avoid ordering from this particular location as much as I can. It’s expensive enough and to not get what you pay for isn’t ok.
This location is usually pretty busy but they get the orders out quickly and correctly. One of my regular go to spots for coffee fix
My daughter always gets her white chocolate mint frappuccino from this location. It's convenient, fast, friendly service and the orders are always made right the first time. This is important that customers orders are fulfilled properly; therefore, we will be returning to this location quite often.
I want this store shut down immediately. Terrible service and almost choked on a hair. Also a gallon of gas worth for a sandwich.

The staff from this location when I was here recently was very helpful in finding a bag of Starbuck's coffee for a Christmas present for a family member of mine. And they had good customer service here. The problem was that I noticed that a lot of people were not picking up their orders at the counter inside the shop and I believe that some were supposed to have gone through to the drive thru customers. I can only be honest here and not rate a one star- I think from my experience that would be too harsh of a review. I know that everything is different from what happened with the Pandemic- even though that is not an excuse- but businesses need to get it together and make a positive difference. This Starbucks should too.
I stopped here to get my dog a pup cup, and the barista's were sooo sweet and kind.
