Poor quality poor service.
I just moved here from the Chicago area. Most of the sonic restaurants had been closed during Covid for rioting and what not, so I haven’t found one open for two years. so I’m glad I moved here finally I can have sonic again! Mike Sharp Brunswick, Ohio
Consistently have to wait 30 minutes minimum at the drive through, and the stalls aren't open to order at.I've gotten a bag of ice every 2-3 days for the last couple of months and always find little pieces of plastic in it.. Now their ice machine has been completely broken for days. I went to the stall to ask if it was fixed and they wouldn't answer me, just told me to go through the drive through to order. Twice I have waited 30 minutes just to get to the speaker and be told it's broken.How can a Sonic operate with no ice....
Spent 35 on dinner for 3 and it was absolutely terrible So mad I wouldn’t be so mad if it was good Dry and undercooked
Everytime we go here it's a long wait to order no matter if there is one car or 10. They always seem to forget something so we are driving back around to get it or just out whatever item that is that day because we are on our way somewhere. We have asked for things made fresh to try and make sure the food is good and they have thrown in already made stuff to make it hot. Idk if you guys know but you can taste the difference when you do that.
Really long line and waiting time. If you park at a stall, you most likely will be blocked by the drive through line. Leaving after getting the food is a hassle. It is up to the cars in line to let you leave, otherwise you wait for nothing!I ordered a pick up through the app, and the check-in is not working. It said try again later, and I kept trying for 20 minutes with no luck, until someone from the restaurant showed up, I asked about my order, and received my food cold.The food is really good though. I ordered a cheese burger with jalapeños, kids meal, and a mango and lemonade slush. Everything was good. It is a shame that I had to leave such a low score, but the visit overall was disappointing.
Boy I guess I'm lucky I don't have Celiac's I'm just gluten intolerant because asking for no bun was too much for them...My order must have been too complicated, two chili dogs, with onion, I was asked if I wanted cheese, I said no and got it anyway, and no buns...I'm also lactose intolerant but as far as I know it isn't as dangerous as giving someone who is gluten-free wheat, but these two allergies cannot be handled at this location. I would recommend skipping them all together however, the food wasn't even half as good as it used to be. It seems the hot dogs are now those cheap, multi-meat, .99 cent special kind, they tasted so horrible that I only ate one. They have reduced the menu down to half, all the tasty ice cream drinks they had are gone. I used to live for the coffee ones, instead I got a slush, again as I said they have gone down hill, the slushes used to be so flavorful, it was meh, it was like Slush Puppies with fruit in them...The flavor disappeared pretty easily into the slush sadly, like Slush Puppies did, the fruit was the best part. Now I remember why I stopped going.
I have gone multiple times and waited in the drive thru line over 5 minutes without even a single word from employees (if there are any working). It is hard to justify a trip to a restaurant that appears to neglect the simplest service of acknowledging a customer and either serving or asking if they can please wait.
Ordered popcorn for my daughter got home (12min) to this. Wasn't even late at night or before closing. It smells like it was cooked in grease that hasn't been changed in months. You can literally see how inedible these are to eat.Its 2/11/22 I can not be the only one with a similar experience please comment or share a picture because this is unacceptable
Guy running drive thru jan 25 1030pm. Class act. Sonic give him a raise. Got me food quick. And spoke a few words with him. Keep this guy. He is an asset to your company. Will come again just because his words to me. Keep on keepin on brother!!!
