There's no pizza place in a 20 mile radius touching romeos. This Pizza HITS the spot everytime. I swear I'm ready to work there for free so I can get a free daily Lunch. When we moved in the area we tried most of the pizza shops around. We finished that quest and now only go here. If someone knows a better place then let me know, I'll give you my honest opinion but right now Romeos takes the cake.
The customer service is always PHENOMENAL at Romeo's Pizza. The managers, Taylor and Jasmine, are so kind and always remember our orders when we order our food in the store. The guys who make the pizza, Anthony, Matt, Alexander, and Bojan, always look up, smile, and ask how we're doing when we stop by. Andrew and Bill, the two delivery guys, are always bring our food hot and treat us like family. They are all simply the best. Keep up the great work!
Two hours and no Pizza.Ordered online and it said 50 minutes for delivery. Ok, due to the holidays I don't mind waiting a little longer than usual.Pic included for validation purposes. I called a little after the 1 hour wait. Was told it just came out of the oven and on its way. Another 20 mins yep still no pizza. I call again, oh they got it confused, my order just left and I'm the first delivery. So I wait and yeah 20 mins goes by. I call back oh this time the driver is 5 minutes away. I wait for almost another 20 minutes before I call again. The old " I don't know where the driver is". So,after 2 hours and what can only be interpreted as lies. I cancel my order.The reason for my post. This is now the second time the shop has done this to me. Awesome Pizza, poor management.
I don’t order from romeos much but I work at a nursing home up the road and people order from here all the time. There is one specific delivery driver though that always delivers to us and he is awful every time he comes. He’s always extremely rude and just has terrible customer service. He yells at me and the customer when they are not down right away with cash to pay and he doesn’t even carry enough cash for change either. He’s the worst delivery driver I’ve ever dealt with.
I appreciate that you are working with minimal staff that is also brand new staff, but the food was inedible. I won’t be back. But hey, I’ll give you one star for the cookies. Don’t contact me. Thanks.
Bill is the BEST delivery driver in the history of history always drives safe and foods get were it needs to be quick man is a legend!
Magical place similar to Narnia. One wouldn't think it would exist till they come here and try the pizzas.
How are you going to deliver my food to my porch and not knock? By the time we figured it had been sitting on our porch, ants were all over it! I'm glad you refunded my money. You lost my business too. This is ridiculous!
Great service, very helpful and DELICIOUS pizza!! My Favorite pizza place in town!! So thankful to have such a great local spot.
Romeo's pizza is absolutely delicious. It is always my go to spot. Will never consider any other pizzas!
