Celebrating my wife's birthday. She really enjoyed the new item on the menu Shrimp with Kung Pao Noodles. She saw this online and is the reason we chose Red Lobster. Meal was outstanding.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had! The server never checked on us once to offer a simple refill or check how the food was. They never brought out our appetizers, and tried to charge us for them. The restaurant was slow so it wasn’t like they were backed up or anything. They never offered any solutions to the problem. When we asked to speak to a manager they sent the “co-manager” and the other one never bothered to show their face. The way they tried to compensate for the terrible service was “we can take the appetizers off the bill” which wasn’t a solution at all considering they never even brought the appetizers out to us even as a to go order.
We ordered food for pickup but arrived at scheduled pick-up time, food was still 20 minutes late then when we finally got home part of our order was completely missing and other parts of our order were completely wrong. Tried contacting the location we picked it up from and was told the manager was too busy to speak to us call back in another TIME, so we contacted Red Lobster through their app and nobody responded at ALL. if you don't have time to sit down inside to eat so you can make sure you're getting everything you ordered I wouldn't bother with them.
The food was delicious and the service was great . Didn't have to wait long for my food . Awesome
Mother’s Day
I got crab legs, mashed potatoes, and broccoli and the food was outstanding! My husband loved his food too, ate the whole plate. Biscuits were hot.Server was nice (Melissa?) And fast. It was 330pm on a Friday, not busy. I reccomend!
My birthday dinner today there was great, the food was delicious. Nicholas was amazing, he was very patient and attentive while taking our order, he had a smile on his face throughout the entire experience. Thanks Nicholas and the whole team.

Don't work here. They fire people due to injuries. Rude an unorganized management
waited almost 20 minutes before we seen waitress. then we ran out of drinks while eating and we waited almost 10 mins then had to get another waitress to help us. very bad server. the bad thing was it wasn't even busy.
