Idk my first time stopping at this place. Went in someone said they'll be right with me to take my order. Left never came back. 10 minutes go by them someone realizes I'm waiting to place a order. The order was finally taken and it took over 30 mins for a vegetable omelet & toast because my order was never provided to the cook cause I could hear her asking in the back why my order wasn't ready yet. I just asked for a refund. Wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant so not sure where it went wrong at . ?♀️
Our server, young woman in a dress/ skirt , she was absolutely fantastic! The soup was great and the salad bar is better than most, if you can even find one anymore. Their hours are breakfast and lunch, so be advised. We'd been wanting to visit here for a while. Today we did and we're happy to finally make it.Return =yesRecommend =yes
The family chose Pappou's for the wake of a departed friend of mine, and the service could not have been better.Dishes were served efficiently and removed expediently.

Good for breakfast. Lunch not so good. Chocolate chip were salty. Cinnamon rolls was excellent.
The food was Great and inexpensive, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean. I'd recommend dining here.
Terrible service, bland food and they haven't changed the decor in 20 years. Yuck. If you're a returning college kid , yay! You can get your drunk on. If you're a functioning adult, find somewhere clean and friendly. This place is the worst.

Always great service and delicious food. Like everyone they are impacted by COVID but everyone is working hard and full of smiles. Worth the small additional wait.
Pappau's was very good, I will be back. My son and his family eat here often, because it is good.
