Ordered a simple pie tonight. 45 late, cold, and delivered by door dash. So tired of take out. It's getting ridiculous. The worst service ever. Last time I order from them.
Pizza was good, however customer service seems like it could use better hospitality. Orderd the 'family special', which is 2 large pizzas. I ordered it carryout and drove over to pick it up. Walked in as anyone would to pick up my pizza. I was asked very bluntly what my name was with attitude. Lady grabbed my pizza and gave it to me and said "Here you go" with more attitude and she just seemed annoyed that I was picking up my pizza and didn't bother to ask if I needed anything. Just handed my pizza off and was done with me. Hospitality goes a long way to repeat business and anyways I didn't appreciate the half backed Neanderthal like behavior. Will likely never order here again and caution should be used when buying here as I noticed allot of the 5 star reviews don't seem to be written by those who are customers but rather fake accounts or those which actually work there ?
Ordered crispy wings and they weren't even remotely crispy Krispy. We threw them in the trash. Called the store to let them know and some rude woman just hold on just hung up on us. Didn't want a refund didn't want a replacement just wanted to let the manager know they didn't do their job well. Rude woman, horrible food. Tossed in trash
This was an awful experience. We had ordered food and they gave us the wrong order. When asked to replace they just hung up the phone. Wouldn’t order again.
Crust was hard and burnt . Tasted like cardboard . Just ruined my whole lunch smh
What the heck is this. Can't even eat this its nothing but a greasy nasty mess. Not one drop of sauce and its not even cut. Will never waste my money here again.
The staff was very rude when I called to check on a late order. The order was expensive the app said delivered when it wasn't. The manager was very rude.

Always appreciate the kindness I feel and warmth and weclomeness from all the people every time I am there picking up or even getting something. Thanks so much for being a great business.
This place is great, everytime ive been there im greeted with smiles and a friendly environment, the one driver there, i believe named Greg, is such a polite young man, and very helpful, he always opens the door for me, and never forgets to tell me have a goodnight and thanks me for my business. Those poor guys make $4 to $5 an hr while delivering pizzas! When are the owners gonna show a little appreciation and either pay them according to the current price of gasoline, or make tipping mandatory?! Just like the cost of the order is expected to be paid in full, why are the delivery drivers forced to rely on the kindness of strangers to support there familys? Not to mention they destroy their personal vehicles driving all over the place delivering peoples meals to them, most of which tip poorly or not at all,come on now Papa Johns, stop being greedy and pay the workers what they deserve! I know how much stress that job is, i use to be a food delivery worker as well.
