Consistent throughout the chain. This one had a couple of supplier issues. No apples and no pickled onions.
The last 3x i have been thru the drive thru ihavent either got croutons or bread w my soup ...or there have only been 3 of them in the bag ..whats up with that?
Panera is good for a quick bite. Pricey. Flatbread pizza good, but could use more sauce.
The Panera in Parma has served me well. The food is great as usual and the employees are always kind to me. I am content.
What a terrible experience. My french onion soup had no croutons or cheese with it. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and of course when I got home, the sandwich was not in my order. I immediately called the store and requested a refund. I was told the only way they could do a refund is if I go there in person. We are not going anywhere in person due to the pandemic. I will never go back to any Panera bread. I am going to call my bank and see if something can be done about this.
My daughter works here and she gets a 10% discount. Not much but it's something. But, you can't use the discount except for orders under $15! How ridiculous, what's the point? The food is expensive, any kind of discount would be helpful. It just makes me not want to place a big order or even go there to begin with!
Always enjoyed the food, service is good, but it's not the best value at 14.00 plus change for a bowl of soup and 1/2 sandwich seems a bit pricey.
Their soups are great. I had the french onion soup. It always goes well paired with their bagettes. Their flatbread pizza is better than most pizzas from specialty ñizza makers!
the fireplace is so warm during the winter and so cozy feel like you're at home and the soup servings are fantastic and the cheddar broccoli soup it's just amazing.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I came here because I'm recovering from surgery and needed some broth. I was told I can't buy broth without the noodles. I can't have anything but broth due to my recovering. They were rude and very nasty and refused to sell me a cup of broth at the price of soup. I didask for a discount or anything. Don't go here if your on a special diet because they are savages!!!!! Horrible service and no empathy here!!!
