The orange chicken is so good!
Ordered online for pick up. The food wasn't ready on time. They just started preparing chicken teriyaki when the order was supposed to be ready. The rest of the order was already packed and just sat in the containers for 15 minutes while they cooked more chicken teriyaki. Things happen and I understand. But why would you start filling the plates with food if you don't have everything cooked yet? End result is everything got cold while waiting for them to cook an item that they didn't have enough of. Worst of all during this time not a single apology and I was served by their manager, her name is Wesley. Asked the manager for order to be remade with warm rice and warm orange chicken, since they were already packed in containers when I got there and gotten cold. She refused. She entirely ignore all the questions I asked her and just gave me the rude look back. I order at this location a lot and employees are always nice. But Wesley, the shift manager today, was absolutely rude. Definitely not how a manager should actThis was an online order placed a head of time, so they knew what was needed and by what time. Not the first time this happened. Not really sure what is the point of offering pick up time if it is never ready by that time.But they main reason for 1 star review is how their manager, Wesley, treats customers. Zero customer service.
Horrible experience would give zero stars ordered sweet fire chicken with fried rice made it home to find hair in my food. Returned the item to location for a refund and they said they would not give me a refund would only remake the order. Why would I want anything else from this place if they can't keep hair out of the food in the first place....disgusting

I liked their service. Also the portion that they give is significantly more than any other panda express that I have ever visited.
Not very good. The service was slow. I was told to pull over they would be right out. Then 15 minutes later I still had to go in. Also the food quality isn't there. Chicken was rubbery. I won't be back.
The food was okay, not bad for a fast food Chinese food. I got the almond chicken and chow mein. It was okay
Location is clean. Always fast service. Wish they actually had the tea at the self serve. Even the tea on the fountain was out at today's visit.The staff is hot or cold. Some days you go in and it's great. Other days you feel like you are bothering them being there.
Normally very good but I went there yesterday and got the plate with honey shrimp with walnuts and chicken teriyaki and white rice there was literally two tiny chips of a walnut and no teriyaki sauce on my chicken so not very happy as I'm eating my dry chicken today for my lunch?
Had a whirlwind + appreciable lunch at ????? ?? ???????. I ordered a plate which consisted of the honey walnut shrimp ? the orange chicken and vegetable fried rice ?. Everything was hot and tasted well. Fast service per usual. Clean dining area and restroom also. Good place to eat!
