I don't like pasta all that much, but my mother wanted to go here because she loves it. We went on a Monday during the day, so it wasn't very well staffed, which is understandable. I had a steak, since I didn't want pasta and most of the options there are pastas. It was a good steak, but it was pretty small, and came with pasta anyway. I ordered a mixed drink from here as well, and it took nearly as long to arrive as the food did, which was a little absurd, but it at least tasted good. The waitress who served us was polite and prompt, though she did seem a little stressed. Overall a pretty good experience.
Delicious food n good customer service. It was my first time on that area. It look like it gets busy a lot . employer there where just busy running around. And knowing they where exhausted they always had a smile in their faces and treated customer so friendly and good
Stopped in for a mother son night out. Pleasantly surprised with the great experience we received. Called in asked to be put on waitlist, hostess was friendly, we were seated quickly and enjoyed a delicious dinner that was reasonably priced. Everyone seemed to work great together. Oksana was our waitress and she was perfect! We will definitely be back!
I haven't been to an Olive Garden in about 10 years. I enjoyed my visit back. All of us were happy with our meals, and I had forgotten just how much I love the bread sticks and the salad. Our server was friendly and attentive.
The food was good when we finally got it first bowl of soup was starting to get cool because the server dropped the spoon on the way out and had to get my cousin a new one and by the time she got it there soup was cool. Second one was better. Got rolls first but had to wait and wait and wait for our salad. Finally got my main meal and it was very good. It didn't seem to be that crowded but probably discouraged me from going back anytime soon.
I got the Margherita Chicken. I was a cook for 10 years before starting my career in healthcare and I'm telling you the chicken was cooked on the grill and then kept hot in water. The texture was way off. No crisp outside like you'd get just cooking on a char grill or flattop grill. 18 dollars for soggy chicken. This is why I don't like to come here. And the restaurant was filthy. Who knows what was on the wall beside me and I scraped grime off the chair back. The service was fine though. They're just doing what they're told to do, I get it.
Dinner was Good, what you'd expect from Olive Garden. But the service, Above and Beyond! From our waiter, (Michael, if I recall correctly) to the Manager on duty, Awesome Team Guys, Thank You.When we arrived for dinner, the storm had just started. It was really piling up when we left, every staff member we passed on the way out, told us to be careful, and drive safe! That was so Sweet!! (never experienced that level of friendliness or concern.) We did Guys, hope you all made it home safely as well.
Gave a 2 star just because the waitress was friendly. The raspberry lemonade was watered down so we had her switch our drinks out. Then when my food came out, this is what they thought was acceptable to serve. ?? The two on the end were so hard and burnt. Couldn't even cut into it. The waitress did end up taking that off of the bill.I left a bad review about this same location that last year. I deleted it so I could add my newest experience. We only went there due to a gift card we got for Christmas. Otherwise we wouldn't have stepped foot in this place. Save your time and just go to Little Italy for great quality Italian food. You won't regret it!
Really great experience tonight...good service and great food! Whoever cooked my shrimp scampi was absolutely spot on. My meal was so good I called the manager over and let him know how good the meal was.
It's tough sometimes when you're dealing with a chain restaurant if what you will be getting in service, which is expected. Working in customer service, I completely understand.My family had a very pleasant experience tonight, even with a small issue with one of our dinners. Our waitress was very polite and the store manager took care of our issue very professionally. Thank you both for a great dinner out ?
